i just ordered some PW and GM. my question about PW is that i like sipping AA's during my workout. i noticed the label says to mix 1-2 scoops. do you think that mixing one scoop with my GM pre and sippin on another during would do the trick? i do cardio after my weights usually, so i think it would hlp here
