q about PW

  • q about PW

    i just ordered some PW and GM. my question about PW is that i like sipping AA's during my workout. i noticed the label says to mix 1-2 scoops. do you think that mixing one scoop with my GM pre and sippin on another during would do the trick? i do cardio after my weights usually, so i think it would hlp here

    on a side note, i also take shock therapy like 10 mins pre

    Sounds good.. I would go with 1 scoop PW pre-gym and 1 scoop PW pre-cardio

      i knew you guys would respond fast. thanks, ill try the 1 pre and 1 during and see how cardio goes

          Just remember to mix up the PW a bit early so that it can sit and dissolve for around 20 minutes, that way *pooof* no floaties.
