I currently have wb and gb. Have read about taking wb before sleep with people having good results. Is is ok to take wb with my last meal before bed which is a scoop of protein? Also worried about being able to fall asleep?

When I was taking White Blood before bed, I took it with my pre-bed protein drink, which was about 30 min before I hit the sack.
Then I slept like I was dead. I can't remember sleeping that hard in a loooong time. I would be out within 5-10 minutes of making contact with the pillow and that was the last thing I could remember.
Except for some really strange and oddly vivid dreams. That part was cool too.

Also I work out at night and right now I am taking WB and GB pre workout and sizeon during.
I take wb around 7 and lift at 730. In bed by 1030. I don't know what the hell it is about that WB but I feel great working out on it but the best effect I have from it is after my workout and sleeping. I just get a real relaxed, good blood flow type of feeling. I wake up in the morning feeling better and literally sleep like I am dead.
Crazy a*s dreams though but I kinda like that!

If you're ever out a little late and you kind of missed your bed time (I DO have a bed time but wake up at 4am for work), take one or two WB combined with ZMA and prepare to get your ass conked out for the night.
I've taken this combination with melatonin, ZMA 1.5 hours before bed, melatonin an hour before bed and WB after that and boy did I ever have some intense dreams. I woke up SHREIKING like a banshee and clenching my blanket so tight that my hands cramped right up lmao. Talk about intense dreams! I swear that this stuff stimulates the pineal gland because I swear it was like taking DMT or something.
I personally love taking this stuff and waking up in the middle of the night, only to realize that you slept for maybe an hour or two and feel FULLY RESTED. Go back to sleep for the remainder of the night and wake up feeling like a million bucks!!!!!!!!!
Someone please try this in conjunction with ZMA or melatonin and let me know if you get the same results. I swear by this and all of my friends basically trip balls in their sleep now too.
