I seriously keep getting sick after my huge workouts and eating all the food I do. That’s something that everyone can use, plus it’s plausible in a pill form. But I dunno lol….. I still think that a good nootropic with joint and anti-oxidant support would be great for recovery. Cissus and ginger would be nice to add to the mix as well. Ginger’s the shit.
