But they're not running balls out. More or less it's like a shuffle step with a short range as is. I'd think the pump there shouldn't matter. Perhaps be more concerned with anything that would follow, like say pull ups, etc?

WB is good for both cardio and resistance. But it is designed to help with muscularity pumps when weight training really and so is not ideal to be taken for cardio. If your looking for a good pre cardio then id give PW a try.....
