Uploading a video is a two-step process—Upload Tips
Uploads will usually take 1-5 minutes per MB on a high-speed connection.
Converting your video takes a few minutes; you can add more info or upload more videos while it's processing.
Videos are limited to 10 minutes (unless you're a Director) and 100 MB.
Videos saved with the following settings convert the best:
MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
320x240 resolution
MP3 audio
30 frames per second framerate

1. Save your videos to your computer
2. Register with youtube
3. Click the upload tab on the top right hand corner of the screen
4. Once you are taken to the next screen complete the title and description info and click next.
5. On the next screen click on browse and find your video then click OK
6. After the file has been uploaded you will be directed to the next page. Go to the section that says Sharing and find the box titled Public URL: In this box is the url link to your video. Copy that link
7. Go to bb.com or controlledlabs.com and after you clcik replay use the [url] code and paste you link in the thread.

yup, but they cant be in your mouth, you need to swallow them all for them to count.
