purple wraath question

I started using purple wraath yesterday for the first time with my gb/wb, got it from bb.com on Weds. I am 6'3 205 target weight around 212-215 during this bulk cycle. Anyway I took two scoops and my arms, legs, face were tingling like crazy. Is that normal. It gave me a ton of energy and I had a great workout but what is the deal with the tingles? Did I take to much? Thanks.

yes the tinlges are from the beta alanine, if you dont like them then space your scoops out more.

One of my friends recently got hooked on Purple Wraath as well. He used an entire tub in like three weeks! Just heard from him in Brazil and he said he’s craving PW. lmao

i started using pw and my workouts have been really awesome as well!! fI'm taking one scoop pw mixed with one scoop xtend. Man the xtend does not even compare!!

I'm yet to use it pre-cardio though, but it sounds good!

Got it on ebay - I got one, and the guy had another auction that didn't sell. It threw it in for 30$!
