Yesterday was Heavy Chest & Volume Triceps. Heres what I'll be doing starting this yesterday
carb manipulation
Workout routine
Wednesday: Heavy Chest, Volume Triceps. High carb day
Thursday: Heavy Back, Volume Biceps. Medium carb day
Friday: Heavy Legs, Volume Shoulders. Low carb day
Saturday: Volume Chest, Heavy Triceps. Medium carb day
Sunday: Volume Back, Heavy Biceps. High carb day
Monday: Volume Legs, Heavy Shoulders. Low carb day
Tuesday:Off. 'Whatever carb day' Lol
They reason I wrote it like that is because I have school on Tuesdays. I know that your supposed repeat it high, medium, low. I just want to see how this goes.Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.

Love the White Blood 2! Awesome pump this morning. I mean unreal. Today was heavy chest and volume triceps. Really felt the pump on both body parts. But I really enjoyed decline bench pump. And triceps went well, since today was volume I did high reps trying to work different fibers and shaping the tricep. I could see the horse shoe in the mirror at the gym, loved it. I believe White Blood 2 played a big role, cause last weeks volume triceps wasnt even close to to being as good as this weeks.
Can't wait for tomorrow! Heavy back, volume biceps. I'll be using thumbless grip to target more or the bicep and feel the pump. I'll throw in some forearm exercises.Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.

02/23/2012 Heavy back, volumr biceps went great on White Blood 2. Really felt a back pump while doing seated cable rows. And bicep pump was good. I started out with zottman curls, and then close grip pinky with dumbells.
Haven't been doing much cardio lately. And diet is, a bit off balance. I've added a few new things to supplements
Purple Waarth
Pure powdered L-leucine
PM REDuction
Zinc 30mg
MusclePharm Bullet proof
MusclePharm Combat powder
I'l be mixing 1 Scoop PW and 5g L-Leucine for during workout and after. If it lasts. Lol
Pre-bedtime
30mg Zinc
½ scoop bullet proof
