UNBELIEVABLE leg day today! I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to sit, stand, walk or think tomorrow... Front squats hit the spot today, had a buddy spotting and pushing me today. I also killed my abs! I want my abs to look like the grand canyon on May 19th!!

A workout for the record books! I absolutely routed my chest and back! Heavy flies, lat pull downs, super sets, just an hour and a half ass whoopin... Not to mention that my legs are trashed from yesterday.. I will be resting tomorrow fo sho!!sigpicDarren Conroy

Taking a much needed day off. The last two days in the gym have been taxing and I'm very sore... Tomorrow I'll be back in the lab for bi's and tri's.. Then some posing drills. After resting the ol' body yesterday, I went back into the gym with a vengeance today! Arm day is always a good one! Today I was motivated by the many other folks in the gym that are also preparing for bodybuilding competitions.. I had my music blasting and quit at just the right time, to the point to where I didn't quite overdo it. Tomorrow will be a good one as well, deads, calves, abs and posing.sigpicDarren Conroy

Showed up to the gym at 230 to help some fellow first time competitors with a little posing class, then from 4 to 530 I had a little "me" time... Dead lifts, calves and abs.. everything is coming in nicely... Now on to cooking my meals for the week!sigpicDarren Conroy

Today = Legs = I'm spent!
Traditional squats today! 225 for 15, 275 for 12, 315 for 10 and then 8... Followed by some alternate single leg press and extensions.. Then calves and abs... Walked out of the gym a wounded, sweaty mess... Life is good!sigpicDarren Conroy
