    Chest and Back...
    Today was great! Again, strength was on point and pump was great! I felt like I had a bit more control over the weight and was still able to go pretty heavy.. I maxed out the seated cable row for two sets of 6... Have a feeling I'm going to be pretty sore tomorrow!

        Hamstrings, Calves and Abs today...
        Another ass kicker of a workout! I know I'll be extra sore tomorrow due to the fact that I missed dead lifts last week with the BBCOM appearance.. I'm starting to see growth in my calves and I love it! "If you build it, they will come"

            I know that it was supposed to be a much needed off day but I just couldn't help it.... I had to go get a late evening workout consisting of calves and abs... Sometimes you just gotta get some!

                  Yesterday there was a local bodybuilding show, the Axiom Classic. In between watching prejudging and the evening show I was able to sneak down to the gym for a quick but painful arm workout. It was powered by controlled labs supplements and the great physiques that I saw on stage. It sure was strange watching and not being up on stage, but I feel it's wise to take time and work on what needs work.

                    Today I trained my Hamstrings, calves and abs.. I have switched the body parts that I train on Saturday and Sunday due to the fact that my back feels very over trained after performing dead lifts on saturday's then using my sore back for stabilization while training biceps and triceps. All good! This is how we get better!

                      Traps and delts today...
                      It's amazing how the level of intensity changes when preparing for a show... I walked into the gym today with a purpose and walked out a complete wreck.. 6 weeks of hell for a chance to be crowned a pro!

                        Quads, Calves and Abs..
                        Morning workout today which was a good change a pace but took a bit longer to get stretched out and ready for war. Once I get all dialed in it was all good.. Front Squats, Hack Squat, Leg Press and burned out with extensions.. By that time I was fried! Still got through a great Calf and Ab routine to boot! I'm toast!

                          I had to take the day off from the gym today.. Not because I wanted to but because I had to.. My body is incredibly sore for the last couple of days.. When I'm preparing for a show I always tend to kick things into a higher gear.. I will be in tomorrow to train chest and back..

                            Back in the lab again today for chest and back... Hit some heavy decline flies and had a great pump... I'm going to have to start posing drills next week, can't wait!
                            I'll be taking the weekend off from lifting due to traveling to Idaho Falls for the NGA Grand Teton Invitational Bodybuilding Competition.. Just a spectator..

                              back to the grind off a weekend of rest.. went to watch a bb show that was about 4 hrs away.. the competitors looked great and I'm sure I will have some tough comp in May for sure... I blasted my traps and delts today and then came back for an extra hour to help some up and coming bodybuilders with their posing. All in all it was a very fun, busy day and evening.. I'm toast.. One more meal and then time a hit the sheets!
