I know that today was an off day but I got the urge to go hit the weights so I went down for a quick session of calves and abs.. Two areas on me that can alway use a little extra training.. I don't usually float outside my comfort zone when it comes lifting and feel the rest is key, but I think I'll survive. I didn't fatigue my upper body in any way so I'll be ready to kill the shoulders tomorrow!

Traps and delts today... My right shoulder was a little tender today so I didn't get too crazy.. I just jumped back into my sets a bit faster than usual.. The pump was still good and I was able to chalk it up as a time well spent in the gym!

Another leg day in the books! Implemented walking lunges today just to mix things up and I have a feeling I'm going to pay for it tomorrow. Calves and abs are showing better as well.. Feeling good, strong, focused and most of all motivated!

Chest and Back today... still somewhat nursing a bit of tenderness in my right shoulder but the workout was still good.. Threw in a few more sets of fly's and isolated a bit more.. I think by next week I'll be back to the grind..

Saturday.. Hammy's, Calves and Abs...
Dead lifts were strong again and I'm finding that I'm able to isolate a lot better as I continue to train. Also am noticing positive changes in my calves! The only thing that I have to be negative about is someone stealing my Ipod from the gym the other night. I can't really do anything about it except rely on karma to runs it's course. Life is too short to get caught up on stuff like this, the show must go on!

Another great arm day! I was not pressed for time by any means but I still chose to super set my bicep and tricep exercises.. The pump was once again very good. As soon as I fine tune the camera, I'll start video blogging so you can follow along!

Traps and Delts today! Great workout, great pump and great focus! Didn't have nearly as much pain in my right shoulder today, I'm glad that I let off the gas a bit last week to allow for recovery. Minimal shoulder pain and all in all another good one!

Chest and Back today.. Strength was on point today with very minimal shoulder pain! Pump was good and focus was even better.. Today was one of those days where it felt like all eyes in the building were on me and I absolutely loved it! Put in the work and get the respect!

Arm Day!
Today was a great arm day! The pump was great with minimal shoulder and elbow pain.. I was unable to lift yesterday with my appearance at the BBCOM Nutrition Store but it was well worth it! It's so nice to see all of the CL supporters out there! Controlled Labs has built such a great product line and it showed yesterday!
