I trained Quads, Calves and Abs today... I came in nursing a little tenderness in my left knee which is kind of surprising to me considering when I go heavy I usually wrap them... Nonetheless, I hit three sets on the leg extension to loosen things up.. I then found that gear and went heavy on front squats, followed by hack squats.. I then did a great drop set on the leg extension.. Wheels hurt and I'm sure they'll be good and sore tomorrow...
