I'm not sure where it came from, but today I trained my hamstrings the hardest I have EVER trained them in 31 years! Heavy Deads, drop sets, the whole smear!! I almost passed out twice! Unbelievable leg day for the record books.. A wise man once said "if your workout doesn't scare you just a little bit, you are not going hard enough"! So true!!

Off day today and much needed after that intense leg day yesterday.. Tomorrow I will be making an appearance at the Bodybuilding.com Nutrition Store and giving away some great CL samples and other cool stuff.. Managed to get a workout in spite of it being a crazy day! Delts and tirceps, after my lift, I went to the annual northwest "rib fest" and it was amazing! certainly was not hurting for protein today... Lets chalk this Leg Day up as another Win!! Hit another PR as I got 10 wheels on the hack squat for 10.. Knees wrapped, belt on and mind focused... The quads are thrashed today!! Hamstrings, Calves and Abs today... I started with deadlifts today and learned something new! When I get fatigued doing deadlifts I have a tendency to roll my shoulders forward, this puts a lot of strain on my back where I don't want it... If I tense my shoulders, almost to the point to where I'm trying to squeeze my shoulder blades together, then the weight is distributed back where it should be... I also had a hell of a day on my calves with drop sets.. All in all it was a great day at the office!!sigpicDarren Conroy

A nice day of rest today! I'll be hitting it pretty hard this week considering I'll be leaving for LA on Friday for the weekend. I'll still be working out down there but sometimes it can be a bit difficult when your not in your own back yard. I'll be hitting hard Monday through Thursday.. Chest and Biceps today.. for some reason I was very tired today and had to force myself to go to the gym.. I didn't want to workout today, but damn, once I got there I lit the place up! Today was day one of my Blue Trifecta!! I took the Blue Up and Blue Gene 45 minutes before my workout and I'll be slamming the Blue Growth this evening before bed.. I cannot wait to see and feel the results!
Quads, Calves and Abs today... Belt and knee wraps, 365 squatted 6 times.. I had war with my legs and I may have lost a few battles in the trenches but I definitely won the war!! I walked out of the building completely thrashed.. Had a friend want to follow along with me on my ab routine.. I don't usually like company but I let him tag along.. When the dust settled at the end he was gassed and said "now i know why you have those abs"! Another great day at the office!!sigpicDarren Conroy
