I just got my new stack of ControlledLabs products and I'm pretty psyched to start tomorrow. I'm new to the log stuff so I apologize for any mistakes. This is what my routine looks like.
5:00am Cardio 5days a week/11:30am Weight lifting
Chest/Tricep
Back/Bicep/Abs
Legs
Delt/Traps/Abs
Off
Volume Arms
Off
Not really sure what I want to do gain strength, gain size or lose weight.
