    Afterthoughts

    Felt strong, had a good workout. Woke up tired, but had great energy with the fruit punch. Getting sad, running out of the WF given to me by CL, thanks again. Got a couple of the raspberry WF on wheycheap.com last week, so I continue with one of those. Once I finish that tub, take a break from WF.
