Men like Dave Tate, Brian Schwab, and Matt Kroczaleski(an incredible human being) to name a few, will only do 1 or 2 excercises a week for arms.
    Thanks for your input brah, but I like doing high volume on everything. I might switch routines if I find a legit bodybuilding type scheme though like one of the pros.

      -Worked out with a buddy of mine, so that meant my rest time was cut since I can't be sitting around for 2-3 minutes haha.
      -My forearms were dying from the pumpness and soreness! Glycergrow is the shizzle!
      -Forgot my lifting straps so basically all of my numbers fell because I had no grip since forearms were dead

          Even though I was still taking stims prior to using this after I took it I started to get really focus. This doesn't make me sleepy for some reason compared to when I take SP250 or Jack3d.

          Value: 10/10
          14.99 dollars for 10 servings not bad. It calculates to a total for like 1.49, however this is for the small container. If you use 1 scoop or buy the larger containers the serving would be much cheaper for you.

          Overall: 9.5/10
          Great pre-workout product is great. I'll definitely be purchasing this in the future if jack3d doesn't pull through for me.
          Forgot to put final thoughts in the log, might as well bump it at same time.
