hey i just want to get to 185 i weigh 165 im off my supplements fr two more weeks but i want to get a new cycle ready i was taken kre aklin1500 creation 2 in the morning before workout i was taken protien shake ON protein then 30min be4fore workout JACK3D intra WAR after post-2 more kre aklin1500 then another shake thats it goals have that body everyone looks at and is like dayum you know get my drift thanks for all the help
