did shoulders.. without caffeine today.. felt just the same. i think i'll only use it when i feel drained or somethin.. i felt more of a pump though.. because of the vasodilation.

bent over dumbbell rear deltoid row: 3x15x30
bent over dumbbell rear deltoid raises: 3x15x15
sitting lateral raises: 3x15x15
pulley front raises: 2x15x25, 1x15x30
pulley X pulls.. : 3x15x50
military dumbbell presses: 1x15x50
shrugs: 3x15x225
dumbbell lateral shrugs: 2x15x85, 1x15x95
i noticed more pumps during the lift this time, felt fuggin awesome. especially with slow twitch movements and full ROM on every work out.. talk about form. shit.. it's not the weight you push or pull. it's how you do it. and do i really believe that now.. before i used to do power lifting and just force that shit up.. now it's like.. form. i feel more of a pump which is great and seeing more results.
