i'm going through hyperthrophy training right now so i'm stabilizing every muscle group meaning SUPER CLEAN reps with full ROM.. top to bottom
incline bench: 3x13x165, 1x10x185
flat bench: 3x13x185, 1x10x205
incline flies: 3x13x40, 1x13x45
decline flies: 3x13x40, 1x13x45
1.5 hour workout and STILL FEELING THE MASSIVE PUMPS.
supplemented with 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard and AMINO 2222 Tablet.

11:00AM: whole meal, 10oz shredded chicken breast, 2 scoops brown rice, celery sticks, carrots

2:00PM: whole meal, 2 chicken breast, 1 scoop brown rice, some type of vegetable...
3:30PM: Milk thistle, multi vitamin
4:30PM: light meal, 1 chicken breast, 1 scoop brown rice

6-7:45-8PM: LIFT
8:05PM: Amino 2222 tab + 100% Whey Protein

this is basically my diet.. everyday.. for the past year.. how grueling. it's not eating for pleasure anymore.. it's feeding.
got to say, i'm loving this shit. didn't need to take a week or 2 to get the feeling of the supplements. it took over my body and gave me the best workout of my life during hyperthrophy training. waiting for my power cycle in 2 months.
