so nice.. i'm dosing creatine awkwardly though.. GB before i work out and CE2 1 hour after my workout. :| iono if it's a waste of creatine or WHAT!!

so i did legs today. the weight remained the same.. but the reps on the last set came down by a couple.. i felt so drained this morning... and i didn't take caffeine tonight.
stretching was alright. i felt a little better afterward.. until i see missed calls from my dad. called to find out that my mom was in the emergency room because she was feeling uneasy.. she got hit hard with menopause.. heh.. if any of you guys understand what i mean, you'll know exactly what i'm talking about.
ARMS ARE FUCKING... INTENSE BY THE WAY... i'm loving the look.. i can't believe the second cycle kicked up the intensity in my routine.. this is way better than MRI NO2/CE2.. holy shit.. i'm loving Controlled Labs and proud to say it.
