hm.. i think i must of pulled my shoulder or something, there's a sharp pain in my rear delt. meh.. probably from my backwork out or something.. sigh.. dumbass me. anyway, shoulder's was alright i guess. just a lil pain here and there. still going for the full range of motion from full extension to stretch.
military press: 2x10x135,1x10x115
rear delt raises: 3x10x40
one armed presses: 2x10x60,1x12x55
side raises: 2x10x25,1x10x20
push press: 2x7x135,1x10x115
rear delt raises (er.. this one is where i use lighter weight and hold the weights out.. where the bar is perpendicular to the ground): 3x10x25
shrugs: 1x10x100,2x10x95 (my grip has been getting strong... i think it's because of no straps and my diet probably)

my split changed so.. technically.. i have no rest days.. but what's weird is that.. i'm getting stronger? funny.. my workouts are basically everyday now.. kinda stupid but.. it's weird..
sunday: legs
monday: chest
tuesday: back
wednesday: shoulders
thursday: arms
friday: back
saturday: shoulders
for some awkward reason.. i'm feeling more pumped and seeing more vascularity.. but i'm getting my wisdoms pulled so.. meh.. 3 days of a fucked diet.
chest yesterday.. felt great.. increased on bench and flies..

alright.. i was over training quite a bit.. so i took the day off friday.. and just cheated on my diet and THE WHOLE WORKS.. fettuccine with chicken and shrimp.. Bacon, chicken pizza... ICE CREAM... HOLY SHIT I AM THE KING... anyway.. i did some AWESOME shoulders today.. cause it felt like i was about to POP.. felt so good it was like cumming.. (like arnold in pumping iron)

man.. had my wisdoms pulled yesterday.. so i'mma lift today.. some back.. haha. gonna pump this shit up! i did chest on monday.. actually moved up to the 50lb incline flies.. and i'm currently cycling off WB/GB/PW/GM/aminos/ALCAR/caffeine.. only protein and vitamins for 2 weeks.. meh.. we'll see what happens.

chest today.. for some reason.. i felt kinda tired.. i drank an energy drink.. stupid idea.. i hate energy drinks.. but anyway.. i'm not taking any types of supplements so.. it's weird.. i'm actually pushing almost the same amount of weight just 1-2 reps short... so i don't know what to think anymore.. :X
