This is the same log I have running over at bb.com hope that is ok.
Well I'll start out saying I'm kinda finishing up with a cut, yet I will still continue to try to lose bf and in hopes gain a pound or two of muscle hopefully in this month log.
Here's a list of the supplements that I am taking at the moment:
Fish oil x6-8 caps daily
Glucosamine x 5 caps daily
Multi-vitamin x 2 caps daily
Vitamin C x 2 500mg daily
Ephedrine HCL x3 8mg tabs/1 200mg caffeine tab twice daily
Glycergrow x 4 scoops post workout (not sure if I should use non workout days?)
White blood x 3 caps daily(again not sure if I should take on non workout days?)
Green Bulge x 5 caps daily
Vantedge nutrition whey protein daily
My supplementation for my workouts is as following starting as of today(already took my CL supps. tuesday morning)
5 caps GB 45min before workout
3 caps WB 30min before workout
4 scoops GG 30min before workout
Does anyone see any problem with the timing of my CL products? If so please tell me what to change and why. Also I am taking my E/C stack 1-1 1/2hrs pre workout.
I am fairly strict with my diet with all my protein comming from fairly lean sources of meat and protein shakes. My carbs are 95% complex carbs and most of my fat comes from whatever is in my protein/carb source and my 6-8 caps of fish oil and peanuts. I have only recently added red meat back to my diet after losing 43lbs in hopes to gain some muscle and strength back, I guess I'm kinda in the midst of a cut/bulk, I have fat to lose yet, although at 6'1 and 180lbs I cannot stand to spare another pound of body weight, I'm hoping to kickstart something with this...
On to my workout today, with my first time using my new CL supp stack.
Today was back day, my favorite day of all, don't know why just is.
1 set 8 reps hyper extensions w/bodyweight
1 set 5 reps pullups w/bodyweight(this is only something I've resently been able to do, I know its not much but its good for me)
1 set 8 reps hyper extensions w 25lb plate
1 set 8 reps 135lb deadlift
1 set 6 reps 225lb deadlift
1 set 6 reps 245lb deadlift
1 set 6 reps 255lb deadlift (new personal best )
On to cable exercises, now I am gonna list the weights on the equipment I use which may vary from the weight on the equipment you guys use:
1 set 8 reps 120lbs rows
1 set 8 reps 135lb rows
1 set 8 reps 120lbs lat pulldowns
1 set 7 reps 130lbs lat pulldowns ( I am weak in this area as you see, I lack anything resembling a lat )
1 set 8 reps 95lb barbell row ( I did this for the first time today in months, I hate barbell rows and cannot get anything beneficial from them, I think I'll stop doing them again for some time, I have much better success on dumbell rows)
All in all I say it was an ok back workout, I was happy with the 255lb deadlift, though a simply weight for most of you it was quite an accomplishment for me. I'm not gonna attribute the new personal deadlift record to the CL stack just yet however as I did the 245 last week and I knew I had more in me. Although today doing the 255deadlift I felt I had another 10-15lbs I coulda added on. Maybe next week although my back is killing me right now, in the good sore way.
So far I've kept my water intake high 7 liters today because I knew with the GB and GG I'd need it. I will say I will NEVER EVER try to mix my GG in water again, I ended up having to take a spoon and scoop it out of the bottom into my mouth. I don't know if I felt the effects of the whiteblood or not, I've never used a NO product before. I will say after doing my pullups my biceps were pumped as hell, way more pumped then they should have been for doing 2 sets of pullups, not sure how I feel about that yet, it bothered me as I feel it hindered some of my exercises.
I have run into a bit of a problem, I got to ancy in starting my stack and realized I will not be able to take my CL supplements on sunday as I will be camping in the U.S and I don't wanna take the chance with dragging pills across the border, is it going to make a big difference by me missing the one day(looking for a CL rep guidance here)
Anyways sorry for the ramble, I'll try to keep this updated daily and post how I feel with the supplements.
