Hi guys, I started a thread at bb.com but figured since I got my product from CL, that I should do a log here as well.
I am living in the Marshall Islands, and training for an up and coming Strong Man competition here. I worked out with one of the stronger guys on the island, and smoked him in all the lifts, so I think I am going to be the winner of this thing, but figured I would train as hard as possible just in case there are some big guys hiding on rocks that I don't know about.
I have everything that I take shipped in via container ships, and it usually takes me about 6 weeks from when I order a product until I see it. The reason this being is that I have to have it shipped to my supplier, and then our supplier puts it in a container for me, and I don't have to pay shipping charges. So this can be difficult when I start to run out of protein, and I haven't ordered stuff recently, or if my stuff got bumped do to a full container.
So anyway, onto the good stuff. I am 6', 207lbs. I'd like to gain about 10 lbs before the tournament. The tournament is May2nd. I know that is quite a bit of weight to gain, but I'm not trying to gain all muscle. I am fairly lean right now, and I know that my lifts will go up if I put on a little extra insulation.
My diet comes to being a bit over 4k calories a day, and a bit over 400grams of protein a day.
I consume 2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 protein shakes, 2 muscle milk shakes (a lot, I know, but good food is hard to come by here) 4 cups of brown rice, and 2 cups of oatmeal.
My training isn't very strong man like, I will try to work on this.

My gym is very basic, you have to remember that I basically live out in the middle of no where. You can barely find it on a map, if you can, I'm sure it won't show a picture of the islands. I don't have a leg press, and my dumbbells only go up to 100lbs. I will do my best with what I have.
This is how I am taking my supplements.
Pre Workout (about 30 minutes):
1 serving Green Magnitude
1 serving White Flood
Pre-workout and during workout:
1 serving Purple Wraath
I took the supplements on saturday, and had a great workout.
Tonight I will be taking everything again and be doing chest. My time is a bit more ahead than Pacific Standard time. I am 20 hours ahead of Pacific Standard. So today is Monday for me.
I have one question. What do I take on my non workout days? Everything?
I will try to take some pictures tonight. I hope to get a decent transformation throughout this. And note, it's not ONLY the supplements that are going to make me change, it's largely related to DIET. Have to get that through lots of people's heads.
