No taking GM later in the day will not have adverse effects. It is designed to be used around workouts though. I already see you are doing half pre, half post, which was my first thought for you.
Maybe you could try taking it earlier in the day (depending on your schedule). That way you'll have the creatine in your system when you workout, yet when you workout it will be later enough that it doesn't upset your stomach. what time do you usually go to the gym?
i wake up at 5am, start lifting at 6am. i start drinking it 30 min before i start lifting. i highly prefer to lift first thing in the morning before work.
how about drinking it when i get to my desk around 8am? thats only about 1 hr and 15 min after lifting.

cool. Perhaps the combination of the AM REDuction and GM so early in the morning wasn't sitting right. Give it a shot and see if it works, if not you know it's something else in the equation.

You could also try splitting up your AM dose? 1 first thing; 1 when you get to the office?

workout:
pushpress, 60 lbs, 5x5
bent lateral raises, 10 lb dbs, 3x8 (easy, but w/higher weight i get joint pain)
cleans, 60 lbs, 3x5
random joint pain has been messing things up. hope OT helps. my knee and ankles prevented me from doing tabata today. also my shoulder effing hurts w/ lateral raises, but overhead pressing and cleans feel strong.
food:

1 packet of plain oatmeal, 1 tsp honey
pwo shake, 1 scoop ON whey, dextrose
1/2 scoop gm at work
whole grain english muffin w/natty pb
1 oz soy nuts mixed w/sunflower seeds (unsalted)
5oz lean beef, 1/2 cup of whole wheat buckwheat noodles
celery & hummus
5oz grilled chicken breast, frozen peas
3/4 scoop casein

its a volkswagen gti, but i got a special edition. its called a 337, its got fancy seats, 6-speed transmission, nice sound system, and a bunch of other lil things. its nothing spectacular but pretty good for a college student.
