front of the shoulder.. feels deep.. moves when i start moving my arms up.. would hurt if i do a press..

Could be muscle, the capsule itself, or the rotator cuff. But the sound of it seems more like musclular or even the superspinatus or biceps tendon.

i'm here to report that my shoulders feel a lot better today.. I would say they are at about 80%.. Still a bit stiff and sore, but much better than yesterday...

no sir.. not at this moment.. hehe... they are just quite a bit stiff but there's good movement in the joints now..
