        when I get up:

        2 activate + 1 reloaded

        30 minutes later:

        2 lean extreme

        lunch: 1 activate

        pre-workout: green mag + purple wraath

        post workout: green mag + purple wraath + 1 activate

        prebed: 1 lean extreme + 2 activate

                        • Had that problem with my left shoulder a few weeks ago, I just massaged the hell out of it, had my gf do her magic, and went through a few icy hot tubs, few days later it was all good.

                          Where does it hurt exactly?

                                Sounds more muscle related to me, my RC injury was more on top than front. Does it hurt to do a side lateral motion? What about reaching across your chest to the opposite shoulder?
