    32 - great lift today

    legs, knee pain was a little stressful, so I did light weight and some BW type stuff

    super sets (5x12)
    squats - 135
    single leg squat
    calf raises - 445

    4x10 - dontknow curl/ext weight -- weird machines
    leg curl -
    leg ext
    calf raises - same

    3x12 for these two supersets
    hip adduction - dont know weight
    squats - 135

    hip abduction - dont know weight
    calf raises - same

    crazy workout, felt great all day -- gonna take tomorrow off, sleep in, relax, enjoy my month of no work!!

    sadly, not weight workouts too prolly.. will be taking pushup bar things home (encourage me to do pushups) and situp swiss ball, i got curl weight in my old bedroom too! haha

    i will post up measurements tomorrow morning and a little near final review later -- will update accordingly in spring when I really polish it off

    -- except for a presentation I had - lots of stree anxiety over that, took 3 yellow N before it and felt great for it though -- scored accordingly
