    Comments And Thoughts
    Leg day went great today, increased in SLDL’s and almost every other lift felt lighter. Not only did they feel lighter but I think that I am able to move up more then just my normal 5 lbs and still be able to get great form and range. So for Friday’s workout I will probably be moving up on at least one set in lunges, calf raises and leg presses. Intensity was great, the timing that I used for the ActivaTe seems to work the best for me and I will be sticking with 20 min pre from now on. Fullness is good and is great during then day, the pumps in my arms are really noticeable and get painful if I keep them in the same position for too long of a time. Vascularity is increasing still and is impressing me each day.

    Side Effects
    DOMS were once again very intense today, mainly in my biceps and chest. Shoulders were a bit sore but nothing like the other parts. Oiliness is still the same and joint pain is staying minimal. Sleep went alright last night but was not as good as it has been. It took me a while to fall asleep but once I did I did sleep VERY deep and only work up once to take a leak. Libido is very high and still seems to be getting higher. As I said above I am getting great intensity during my workout with the new timing that I have decided to stick with.

      Comments
      Hanging knee raises are definitely working out well. The great burn that I feel during and the increase hardness in my abdominal region is truth to that. Stretching went well today also and I just can’t say enough about how much it helps out in terms of recovery, I also added a few new stretches to my routine which I feel will be nice additions. Sweated like a pig today during cardio, more then I were before. I didn’t think I could possibly perspire any more then I was but alas I was wrong. Not only am I perspiring more during workout but I am also sweating more just hanging out. It sucks because I hate paying for air conditioning so I normally just use a bunch of fans, but I might be breaking down soon and flipping the AC on. Fullness and vascularity are still going very well.

      Side Effects
      As it seems to have been after leg days recently, not much soreness today, it was more tightness then anything. My hamstrings and quads are the main areas of soreness and I’m making sure to take extra time and exercises for these areas during bandwork. Joints are still feeling good with no soreness at all. I am noticing some extra acne that seemed to have appeared over night, not much but some on the back of my neck and shoulders. I had some extra acne medication that I had from last year and immediately put some on hoping that it could prevent it from becoming worse. I’ll be keeping an eye on this and do what I can to stop it. Libido is still increasing and the alpha mentality is strong and really apparent during workout and when I’m around my girlfriend.

        Comments And Thoughts
        Well I decided on a routine that I am hoping will get me out of my current plateau that I have been on for BB curls. I decided to go with four sets of 12 and starting with heavier weight and dropping at the end. While this didn’t work as well for me as my pyramid style in high school it still worked decent and did help me to get past some plateaus then. I’m hoping that it will do the same for me now. Other then that I didn’t change any weights but feel as though I’m ready to increase on pull-downs and shoulder press on Monday. Depending on how I feel then, I might also increase on overhead DB presses as well. Still getting great fullness and vascularity in and out of the gym. Intensity is high and have definitely found the right timing.

        Side Effects
        Some soreness today but not too much, bandwork yesterday definitely helped work out the tightness I had. Biceps and chest are pretty sore now along with some soreness in my shoulders. Expecting DOMS to be intense tomorrow. Oiliness is still down on my back and is staying constant on my face. Nothing new to report on the acne that I noticed yesterday, it seems to have gone down a bit with the cream that I put on it. Hopefully that will be enough to combat it and keep it down. Intensity and libido are still on the rise and are both great. Sleep is going really well, nice deep sleep…..that is when the GF isn’t over.

          Comments And Thoughts
          Very good workout today, I really hit the legs hard. SLDL’s felt great, even with the increase in weight I was able to keep good form so the increase was just right. OLLP’s felt good as well and am loving them, next week however I will be rotating them with regular leg presses. I was planning on moving up in lunges but just didn’t feel comfortable with that today, not too concerned about it, I will move up when I know that I’m ready. No need to push things. The increase in calf raises was definitely needed and will most likely be moving up again come next workout. Perspiration is still very high and am still sweating much more easily. The rain today cooled things off around here so it’s not too bad as of now. Fullness and pumps are not letting up and are definitely living up to the hype.

          Side Effects
          Biceps and chest were once again very sore today and still lingering as of now. Elbows were a bit sore this morning but went away within a few hours of waking, so it wasn’t a big deal, knees are still feeling great. Nothing new in oiliness, face is constant and back/shoulders are still on the low side. Libido is high and becoming more noticeable just even sitting around. Aggression and alpha mentality are still present and going well.

            Comments
            Overall an good workout with some solid bandwork that was much needed for my hams. Resistance band stretching felt great and really helped to work out most of the tightness that I was experiencing. I added another set of weighted leg raises to my routine and was able to till get good, controlled motion. Pull-ups are feeling much easier and will be increasing them next time. Very nice to be seeing those numbers go up. Vascularity, fullness and pumps are all still high and are quite noticeable outside the gym as well as in. As it has been on cardio days, perspiration was high and intense. Last time that I remember sweating like this was during 3-a-days my senior year of football.

            Side Effects
            Once again hamstrings and quads made up the majority of the DOMS that I had today. Tightness really took over my lower body and was pretty painful this morning. Bandwork and cardio both really helped to work out that tightness. Biceps are a bit sore from the pull-ups but nothing too bad, same goes for abs. All joints are feeling fine and oiliness around my face and shoulder/back is still constant. Sleep is still sound and deep with no lethargy impacting me at all. The cardio wood made another appearance today and is another sign of the libido increase that I am still having. I can’t wait to see the GF tonight! Along with the libido increase, aggression in the gym is still great and am loving the extra boost that it seems to be giving.

              I am very happy with the weigh-in, most all measurements are up as is weight and it at a spot in between 1 and 2 pounds which was what I was aiming for. It's nice to see my chest and arms increasing at a good rate and am loving the differences I am seeing in the mirror in addition to the changes in the measurements. The only place that I am not thrilled with is the increase in my waist. I know that some is expected but would obviously like to limit it as much as I can. Saying that I have been reading the book "Bulking for Endomorphs" by Derek Charlebois and it is a great read and highly recommend those bulking endos out there to take the time to read it. Download it free here. After reading through it I have decided, for various reasons, to switch up my diet a bit. I will be dropping some carbs and adding healthy fats. This will be by no means a low carb diet, just switching from a 40/40/20 to a 40/30/30. While not a large change I hope that it will still help out a bit. I will be posting up my revised diet a little later today.

              Side Effects
              DOMS aren't too bad this morning, just some tightness in my hamstrings. Biceps were somewhat sore but went away pretty quickly after waking up. The acne that I noticed this past week is all cleared up and the cream seemed to do the trick. Sleep was great last night, it was pretty humid and I normally have a hard time falling asleep when it is like that. Nothing else new to really report on from last update.

                WOW, I was not expecting yo move up on bench today but when I got down to the gym I was just pumped and ready more then usual. I ended up getting to 180 and it felt great, I couldn’t be happier with my performance right now. Switching up the bicep routine was definitely the way to go. The reps are feeling great and I feel like I will be ready to bump up a bit on Thursday. I increased on lat-pull downs and overhead tricep press today, both of which went very well with the added weight. Bench might even be moving up on Thursday in addition to curls depending on how I feel. Still seeing great overall fullness throughout the day and very intense during my workout along with good vascularity. Perspiration is staying constantly high.

                Side Effects
                No DOMS this morning at all outside of a little soreness as I woke but was gone after my shower. I was very surprised by this because as it has been the past few weeks Monday’s DOMS have always been pretty intense. Biceps and chest are somewhat sore now and am expecting more tomorrow. Outside of some pain in my elbow around noon joint pain is still on the low side. Oiliness has not changed and the acne that I had is gone and have no sign of anything new. Aggression and libido are still through the roof and am loving the boost in both.

                  I switched back to regular leg presses for this week and probably next as well. It's definitely a nice change and can see the benefits from doing both and rotating them. I increased on seated calf raises again and think I found a good spot to be at for a while. I can do them all with good form and still get a great burn and know that I am working the muscles well. Lunges felt very good today as well. Fullness, vascularity and pumps are all still going great.

                  Side Effects
                  Very, very sore today. I'm not even going to list the parts where DOMS is affecting me, because it is basically me entire upper body. As soon as I woke up I knew what I was in store for the remainder of the day. Even my elbows were pretty sore this morning and still somewhat sore now. I really don't like that join pain at all, it seems to hurt much worse then the joint pain that I get in my knees. Knees are still fine and haven't had any pain there for a while. Aggression was again very good and is definitely contributing to some very solid workouts. Libido is still high and seems to just keep increasing as the days pile on. No acne or signs of to report on either.

                    I added a bit more time to my stretching today due to some added tightness that I had. In addition to the added time I added a few more stretches as well in order to work stuff out. Cardio went well and was really what ended up working out all of the tightness that I had. I can really tell the improvements that the new ab routine is making. Reps are becoming easier even with the added weight while keeping form in check and steady. Vascularity was great after cardio in my calves as were pumps. Fullness throughout the day is still very good as well. Perspiration is very high and is about at the level it was at last cardio session, which was the highest it had been this entire log.

                    Side Effects
                    DOMS today were pretty noticeable today and really did not hit me until I rolled out of bed and then they just hit me. As I said above though the tightness was worked out during the workout and everything is feeling fine as of now. Elbows and knees are feeling good and have no joint pain in those places at all. Oiliness is the same and have no signs of added acne. Sleep is still sound and deep, I am very grateful not to have experienced any lethargy thus far. Aggression and libido are quite high but seem to be leveling off in terms of intensity, although it is leveling off I want to make it clear that it is at a high point so this is not a disappointment.

                      Today was another very intense workout. I finally increased on BB curls and was able to keep great form with the increase. In addition to the increase there I also increased in lat pull down. On Monday I plan to bump up bench to 185 and if all goes well jump to 100 on overhead DB presses as well. I will make sure to post a vid of that if I get it. Nothing else really new to note on, fullness and vascularity are still great both in and out of the gym.

                      Side Effects
                      Only real soreness I had was in my hamstrings which was mainly tightness. Still somewhat present now but definitely much less then this morning. No joint pain in either my elbows or knees. Oiliness is staying constant around my face but has seemed to increase a bit on my back. Saying that however I have noticed a few signs of pimples, I will do what I did last time with the cream and see if that can hold it off again. Aggression and libido have leveled off but as I said yesterday the “level off” point is high.

                        The workout went very well today. It is really a nice change going back to regular leg presses although I do miss the sick intensity I get when I do OLLP’s. SLDL’s are going great and I will be increasing in at least one set come Tuesday. In addition to that I hope to increase on calf raises and leg presses as well. Fullness and vascularity were very impressive today and really showed nicely in my calves and quads. Perspiration is still level.

                        Side Effects
                        Not too sore today, kinda surprised but am expecting some DOMS to hit there tomorrow. No joint pain at all and is really nice to be able to go to a lower body session and not worry about my knees bothering me. We’ll unfortunately I am noticing some acne around my back/shoulders area, not happy about it but I am seeing great things right now I can live with it. I’m still treating it with hopes that it will go away soon. Still am extremely happy with the increase in both aggression and libido.

                          Very intense workout today! I incorporated twisting crunches into my abs routine and superset them with my hanging knee raises. Very happy with the volume and overall way it went, thanks to ncangey0531 for suggesting this. I will be incorporating more and switch up the exercise in order to keep the muscle guessing. Cardio went well and was intense just like the rest of my workout. Strength is increasing nicely as well; weighted pull-ups are becoming much easier and am being able to perform more reps with out sacrificing form or range of motion. Nothing new really, fullness and vascularity are still good and have not diminished.

                          Side Effects
                          Soreness this morning was definitely present and was sore all over. Upper body made up most of the soreness but was still very noticeable in my lower body as well. Feel pretty good now after stretching and cardio. Still having some acne issues on my back and shoulders. I went and picked up some Oxy Clean wash and will be using that in conjunction with my left over prescription stuff. I will also be looking at picking up some new stuff that was suggested to me by cervasa and redhawk. Aggression in the gym is going great and as I have said before is contributing to some intense workouts. The GF came over last night and she is also appreciating the increases in libido almost as much as I am. Hopefully tonight will yield the same results!

                            Pretty happy with the weigh in this week. I had a nice 1.1 lbs increase along with some good increases in measurements as well. I am very excited to see my legs, especially my calves increasing. It’s also great to see the continued growth in my chest. Well this week I will be making the final adjustment to my diet. The changes I have been making are from reading the book “Bulking for Endomorphs” by Derek Charlebois. Download it free here. I feel that it has helped me this week and can continue to keep fat gains, mainly waist and hips, is check. The final adjustment will be keeping my carb intake around breakfast, pre and post-workouts. I will post that new diet sometime today. Again happy with the numbers this week and hope for more to come in the final 2 weeks of this log.

                            Side Effects
                            DOMS are pretty mild this morning but definitely present in my hamstrings and biceps mainly. Acne is down a bit from the cream that I have been using but is still there nevertheless. I will be picking up some Oxy Clean today and hope that will make a positive difference this upcoming week. Once again libido was great last night with the GF and is making very nice difference. The rise is definitely something that is great to have. Nothing else has changed from yesterdays update but will report if anything needs noting.

                            Since my Saturday nights for the past few weeks have been…well…just amazing, I’m making a sort of new ritual(see below).

                              What a great note to end X-Factor on. The workout was awesome and intense. I hit some great increases in all the areas that I had wanted to except for overhead tricep press. While I am disappointed in that, I am just so pleased with everything else today that that can wait. I had the same feeling as last workout and I knew that I was going to get the bench weight that I wanted. I also increased in shoulder press and lat pull downs as well. In addition to those increases I upped my BB curl that was at 100 x 10 to 100 x 12, and I was very pleased with that. All in all strength increases are going great! Perspiration was HUGE today as was expected from the intensity of the workout; it was almost at the level of cardio days.

                              Side Effects
                              DOMS this morning were noticeable but nothing too bad. Some slight pain in my biceps and chest. No joint pain at all, although while I was sleeping last night I rolled over and nailed my elbow on my wall so it does kind of hurt but not from any side effects. I picked up some of the Oxy Clean wash stuff and it works a ton better then those damn pads. The pads always seem to make my face worse but this stuff really seems to be working well. As I said above the aggression is great and is obviously contributing in a positive way. Libido is still amazing as well and while not rising anymore is still very noticeable and high throughout the day.

                                Legs felt great today and definitely got a very solid session in. I increased on SLDL's, leg presses and seated calf raises. All the increases felt good and was able to perform them all with good form and ROM. Everything else is going well also and will hopefully be increasing again by next week in leg presses depending on if I decide to switch back to OLLP's before my week off. Fullness is still good today although vascularity was down slightly. Perspiration was still quite high and was not dropped at all.

                                Side Effects
                                I was pretty sore this morning, especially in my biceps, chest and shoulders. Still sore now in those places but they have gone down since the morning. Hamstrings are a bit tender now but nothing too bad, I'm expecting them to be quite sore tomorrow morning though. Acne is going down(not much to begin with) and is clearing up on my shoulders and back. The Oxy Clean and prescription combo has proven to be quite effective and as of now there is no reason to spend more on something new. I will however keep those options open if this "combo" starts to fade. Aggression in the gym is still up as is the alpha mentality. Libido is very high as well and it almost killed me not to see my GF last night. I almost felt the need to……
