    Comments
    Bandwork today felt great on legs and was much needed. Right now all areas feel great and ready to go for the upcoming workouts. I also threw in some hanging knee raises which to say the least kicked my ass! My abs are still sore now but feel great. The next time I do them however I will be adding more resistance weight to them. I found a nice old band that I have laying around that I can use to tie the plates around my feet. Cardio went well and am still seeing much more perspiration during cardio then I used to. Pumps in my calves and chest were very good after cardio as was vascularity. Still seeing good overall fullness throughout the day.

    Side Effects
    Not much soreness at all today, in fact is was more tightness then anything. The tightness was in my quads and hamstrings and basically lasted the entire day until stretching. Other then that no other soreness was observed; besides abs but again that was due to the workout. Joints are feeling good and had no problem with them during cardio. My skin is still oily but has seemed to level off and has not increased that much lately. I had a bit of a hard time falling asleep last night but once I did however it was deep and sound. Only woke up once to take a piss and it was basically a sleep walk because I just vaguely remember even waking up.

      Comments And Thoughts
      To start off with I want to say that I am disappointed that I was not able to get my full amount of reps on bench that I was aiming for. Saying that, I will be hitting the weights that much harder come Monday and try for that PR. Other then that set back the workout went very well and energy/intensity and focus were great. I had all around good strength and most sets/reps are feeling much easier. Shoulder press felt awesome today and I am really making some very solid improvements in this area. I’m noticing more and more of an increase in overall fullness throughout the day. During and after the workout pumps and vascularity were very good as well. Perspiration is very high but level compared to the past few workouts.

      Side Effects
      Nothing too bad today in terms of DOMS, feeling a bit sore now but nothing too bad. Elbows are giving me some trouble and started hurting some after my workout. This is the same feeling I had last time and the next morning they hut a TON. I am hoping that this will not be the case but will report on it nevertheless tomorrow. On a positive joint note, my knees are feeling great. No change in oiliness of skin for the time being, still washing a lot and keeping it clean. Fell asleep pretty quickly last night, which was nice, and sleep soundly only waking up once.

        Comments And Thoughts
        Workout went great today; I increased on seated calf raises and on a set of lunges. I had perfect form on my lunges even with the weight increase and can really see the improvement that I am making. OLLP’s are becoming one of my favorite leg workouts and I am seeing the benefits that they offer. However I feel that it is important to switch between them and regular leg presses, so I will be switching it up every week or two. Fullness was good today as were pumps. Vascularity was once again very good in my calves and is looking great in my quads. Never had much vascularity in my quads until now. Perspiration is staying at the same level that it has been. One thing I have been noticing is that I am starting to sweat more outside of workouts as well.

        Side Effects
        This morning I woke up and DOMS had hit me hard. Soon as I rolled out of bed I knew that I was in for a real treat the rest of the day. Most noticeable soreness was in my chest and biceps, although the rest of my upper body was sore as well. Hamstrings are pretty sore now and my quads feel like I’ll be feeling some DOMS there tomorrow. Still no increased acne but oily skin is still prevalent and seemed to be a bit higher today. Sleep went great last night and came with all the bonuses, fell asleep quickly, deep/sound sleep, and some more great dreams!

          Comments
          Bandwork today, as it has been, felt great and really helped to workout some tightness that I had. Hamstrings and quads were most in need and are feeling much better now and felt great after being able to stride out after cardio. Hanging leg raises were much, much harder then the hanging knee raises IMO. It was more difficult to stay steady and took a lot more concentration and thus led to a better “burn” feeling in my abs. I definitely like these new exercises, thanks dbc. Pumps were almost painful after pull-ups today, my biceps were blown up. Vascularity was also good not only in my calves after cardio but also in my arms afterwards as well. Good fullness throughout the day as well, just have a much “bigger” look. Hoping for a good weigh-in and measurements tomorrow.

          Side Effects
          DOMS were once again intense today in my legs mostly but also somewhat evident in my arms as well. Bandwork helped out nicely in this area and got the tightness out. Skin seemed to be a bit oilier today, mainly on my forehead(kinda weird) but just am trying to counteract it with more washing. Sleep went great last night, but did have some trouble getting up this morning. Not really lethargy but just still tired. It didn’t last long but was there nevertheless, I hope that this is not going to continue.

            Comments
            I feel that this week went very well in terms of gains. I gained in weight, at a good rate of 1.5 lbs, increased in forearms, chest and thighs while keeping my waist in check and actually losing in my hips. My biceps have gotten bigger as well but were not a full 1/8 of an inch so I could not really guesstimate that well. I will also be getting my blood pressure taken today and will report back on that after I get that done. All in all so far everything is going great and I am very pleased with how things are going and hope I will be seeing more great things for the second half of this log. As another note I will be starting ActivaTe on Wednesday.

            For today’s activities I am going to go for a bike ride with some friends on one of the “Rail-to-Trails” bike paths that we have around here. If you don’t know what that is, it is where the parks department decided to take some of the railroad tracks that were not in use anymore and were in “scenic” areas and convert them to bike trails. They are very nice and most of all very peaceful. Should be a good time to just relax and chill.

            Side Effects
            DOMS aren’t too bad this morning but are there. Mainly in my hamstrings which have been getting the brunt of the soreness lately. Hopefully on my bike ride today I can work some on that tightness out along with some adding stretching. Skin is feeling the same as of now, no increases or decreases to note on. Sleep went much better last night and woke up with the great refreshed feeling that I had been getting.

              Awesome workout today! I hit what I had wanted to on bench and set a new PR. I hit the gym today knowing that I was going to get it, just had that feeling. Not only did I increase on bench today but also increased on lat pull downs as well. Next session I will be increasing on shoulder press and DB rows also. As I hinted at above energy and focus were both off the charts today not really because of any supps but just because I was pumped and was going to get that PR. As a result perspiration was up but only slightly from the point it had been at last week. Doubt that the "level off" point has increased, I mainly believe that it was just due to the workout itself. Fullness was sick today both in and out of the weight room. Vascularity was great all around and my shoulders were the best it has been thus far.

              Side Effects
              HOLY DOMS!!! This was the "worst" DOMS have been so far. I woke up this morning and was in awe as to how much soreness I had. I was like WTF yesterday was an off day LOL. The "worst" places were my biceps and chest; hamstrings were a bit tight but took a major backseat to the soreness elsewhere. Oiliness is constant and is staying level. Still washing a lot and have not had an increase in acne. Sleep was great last night both falling asleep quickly and sleeping sound and deep. No lethargy at all.

                Comments And Thoughts
                Workout went well today, still feeling great after yesterday’s session. Nothing new weight wise today, just stuck to the same as last time. I think, as long as DOMS are mostly in check, that I will be increasing on OLLP’s and deads for Friday’s workout. Next week I also think that I will switch back to regular leg presses for a week or two. Pumps were great as was vascularity, both are becoming much more noticeable as the cycle continues. Fullness throughout the day was not as good as yesterday was but was good nevertheless. No increase in perspiration to note on.

                Side Effects
                This morning DOMS were again very intense and are continuing to get more intense as things progress. This is to be expected and is welcomed. Soreness was the worst in my biceps and triceps but was also present in my chest and back as well just not to the same degree. Joint pain in my elbow was pretty bad when I woke up, although it did subside after a few hours it was worth noting on. Knees on the other hard are feeling great. No change in skin or sleep patterns, everything is going great in both of those areas.

                  Today I increased the weight on the hanging knee raises and let me tell you, I am feeling it now. It made the last set of 10 very intense and hard but I was still able to get all my reps with perfect form. Bandwork felt good today as well and was able to work out some tightness before cardio which led to a nice session. Energy and focus were great during the entire workout and cardio was a breeze. Once again, as has been happening each cardio session, perspiration was much higher then normal both for this stack and normal cardio sessions. Fullness was very good throughout the day. Vascularity in my biceps was very pronounced after pull ups, my calves had some nice vascularity as well.

                  Side Effects
                  Hamstrings and quads were the only real places that I had any soreness. My biceps were a bit sore but nothing too bad and went away a few hours after waking up. All joints are feeling good and haven’t given me any problems today. My face was very oily this morning, more so then usual. Very odd, I will have to see if this magnitude keeps up. Sleep patterns are still great and with no lethargy.

                  Well today was my first day of ActivaTe, I'm not sure if I can attribute this to it yet but I did get the infamous cardio wood. The reason that I want to attribute this to it already is because throughout this log and my last log I have not gotten one during cardio. Again I'm not sure if I can give "credit" yet but just wanted to point that out.

                    Comments And Thoughts
                    Another very good and intense workout, I hit everything that I wanted to and then some. I had a huge surge of energy and was able to push out 10 reps on Overhead DB Presses, I couldn't be happier here. The only other place that I increased weight on today was on DB Rows, it was definitely needed because I was not getting much resistance anymore. Still lighted then I wanted it to be but will adjust for that on Monday. Bench press went well; reps are definitely feeling lighter but I'm not quite sure when I will be adding more on. On Monday I will also be adding weight to lat pull downs and to shoulder press. Perspirations was level and is back to the point where I though that it would level off at, still very high though. I am still getting good fullness in and out of the weight room with some great vascularity.

                    Side Effects
                    Not too much in terms of sides today everything is down which is a good thing. No DOMS this morning at all and all joints are feeling very smooth with out any pain. Skin oiliness is where it has been and hasn't changed. Sleep is still going great as usual and am waking up feeling refreshed each morning. The lethargy is definitely a side that I would not want to experience. Not too much I can really say about ActivaTe right now. The only things that I can really say I am noticing are a moderate increase in libido(walking around the office might start to be a problem) and somewhat more of a baddass feeling in the weight room. Again I can't say for sure at this point that the "feeling" in the weight room is from ActivaTe but I do feel that I can now attribute the libido increase to it.

                      Comments And Thoughts
                      Very good leg day today, intensity and energy were great. As far as increases in weights go I increased in OLLP’s and SLDL’s. I was definitely ready for an increase and most likely could have gone higher on SLDL’s but that will have to wait until Tuesday for that to happen. Everything went well, especially lunges, the great form while increasing weight is making is such a valuable lift and the results are showing. I will be increasing on Seated calf raises on Tuesday as well. Fullness is very good and the vascularity that I’m getting in my claves is just amazing.

                      Side Effects
                      Soreness this morning was pretty intense and was feeling it all over my upper body. The most noticeable of these were in my biceps and chest. Knees and elbows are feeling great as of now and have no soreness in those areas. Oiliness around my face is still the same, the oiliness however on my shoulders/back seemed to have gone down a bit. Still good sleep with no lethargy. Libido still seems to be on the rise, no comment yet on the “badass” feeling from yesterday though. It was somewhat present today but no like it was yesterday. I’ll get a few more workouts in before I will make a conclusion on this effect. Overall though seems to be going well.

                        Today I added weight on the hanging leg raises, took me a while to think about how the best way to do it was but finally came to a solution. I have some old resistance bands that have broken and I used them to tie the weight around my feet. It worked very well and put resistance on the right places. Bandwork felt great as always and worked out the vast tightness that I was having in my legs. Fullness and pumps were very good all around since I basically hit the whole body during today's workout. Vascularity is still very pronounced while at the gym and getting better out of the weight room.

                        Side Effects
                        Hamstrings and quads made up the majority of the DOMS that I had today. When I woke up they were very tight, really the tightest they have been this entire log. Biceps are a bit sore now but nothing too bad. Skin oiliness around my face is still constant while it continues to decrease on my back and shoulders. All joints are feeling good and cardio went without knee pain. Libido is definitely high, I had the GF over last night and it went down quick, real quick. It wasn't a typical "horny teenager" feeling but more of a macho/cocky "I want sex now" feeling. Sorry but that is really the only way I can think to explain the way I was/am feeling. Intensity in the gym is up but not too much higher, hopefully on Monday I’ll notice a more intense feeling in the gym.

                              While I am happy with the weight increase I would like it to be between 1 and 2 pounds a week. Saying this I will be increasing my calories by 100-150 and will most likely be adding them in the form of healthy fats(possibly almonds), I feel that this would be a good source of extra calories for me. I also will be adding these to my 3rd dosing of X-Factor where I could use some more fats with that meal. On more of the positive side of things I increased in biceps and chest, both of which I am very happy about, and are really starting to take "shape" and are looking great. I am also happy with keeping the waist and hips in check while increasing in other areas. Other then the minimal weight gain I am very happy and hopefully the increase in calories can jump start the gaining a bit.

                              For today's activities I am going to be going on the same "Rail-to-Trails" bike paths that I went on last week. It was such a good time and just great for the mind to just relax and take in nature, I just had to go back this week. Going to be another time where I can just relax, hang out and have a good time.

                              Side Effects
                              Soreness was pretty prevalent in my biceps and hamstrings right when I woke up but went away quickly. As of now, no soreness at all just some tightness in my hamstrings and quads. Oiliness on my back and shoulders is still down but keeping constant around my face. Sleep was really deep last night, I don't really remember even getting up at all(I know I did once but very vaguely).                                 Comments And Thoughts
                                Definitely another solid workout today, everything went great and was very intense. I increased today on lat pull downs and on shoulder press. I can really feel my shoulders becoming more and more developed and can notice a great overall difference. In addition to increasing those I also bumped up weight on overhead tricep press as well and will hopefully(if I continue to feel the way I did today) will be at 100 lbs by next Thursday or even Monday! I am thinking of switching up my curl reps to a 4x12 or something along those lines in order to get me off this damn plateau I am on. Whatever I decide to do with be implemented for Thursdays workout. But again other then that everything is still going strong. Fullness and pumps were again very good and seem to still be getting better outside of the gym. Vascularity is good as well. Perspiration was very high once again today, I am sweating more then I ever was before.

                                Side Effects
                                Monday morning DOMS are definitely the worst. I woke up this morning and was ****ing sore all over, arms, legs, chest, everything was sore and tight. I wanted to throw in a quick stretching session before work but had no time. The warm shower helped out a bit but not enough to make much of a difference. Nothing new in oiliness still mainly on my face while back/shoulders are decreasing. Joints are still feeling good all around. Sleep is very deep and am still able to fall asleep rather quickly and wake up easily. Libido is still very high and am having the same alpha/macho feeling that I talked about previously last week. I played around with the timing of the ActivaTe today and took it 20 min pre-workout. This timing seemed to work the best for me so far in terms of intensity in the gym. Right when I started lifting I had a much more intense aura about me and was ready to go hard.
