    Overview :

    Finished the IGF-2 yesterday and will be adding ZEUS once it arrives.
    Good workout today in the gym, strong and focused throughout. Geeting some good pumps now each time i workout. The lactic acid feeling is all but gone too and don't feel at all really fatigued.
    Will be doing a Cardio session this afternoon to burn off some energy....

    All well and feeling good at the moment.

      Overview :

      Woke up and felt a little tired. Took my GG with my GM 45 mins before my workout and took my PW during the workout.
      Decided to have a Lighter week this week to mix things up and to give my joints some recovery from the 4-6 week steady heavy progression.

      Still felt good though after the session was done and had some good pumps today.

      This is looking like a good combo so far and with the higher reps today usually a build up of lactic acid forms but didn't feel it.

      Back in the gym Monday morning for a leg workout.....

        Light Leg workout today with reps at a 12-20 range as my knee still isn't up to heavier weights just yet.

        Overall sets done where:

        Leg Extensions - 5 Sets
        Leg Presses - 7 Sets
        Leg Curls - 4 Sets
        Seated Calve reaises - 5 Sets

        My Abs workout felt good with:

        Broom Twists - 120 reps
        Side Bends (weighted) - 4 Sets
        Rope Crunches - 4 Sets
        Leg Raises - 3 Sets

        All Abs reps to failure on each set.

        Workout time :

        50 mins

        Water Intake :

        6-7 litres

        Overview :

        Good pump in the legs with the high rep workout today. Could have probably gone a little heavier but didn't want to overdo the knee until it's ready so light with good form.
        My knee seemed to work fine at the high reps so stuck ith it throughout the workout.

        Had a good stretching session too afterwards to stop the muscles tightening up too much from the workout.

        Night shift work tonight for 3 nights so will be putting in some Cardio excercises over the next couple of days when i wake.

        Will be back in the gym Thursday Afternoon after my last night shift for my Chest/Tricep workout.

          Woke up this afternoon from night shift and chugged down my PW/GM Mix. then did my Cardio session.
          Quite a good session with less fatigue than normal will have to up the Orbitrek by 5 mins next time.

          Can't wait to get back into the Gym tomorrow afternoon once i wake from my last night shift with only 4 hours sleep.........

            Light workout today with a rep range of 12-15 reps on all excercises. Will include the poundages when i start heavier again next week.

            Overview :

            Woke up after having 4 hours sleep from my last night shift and took my supplements.
            Had a good light, higher repped workout today and got an incredible pump from it. It actually got to where the pump hurt a little.
            Quite good workout really but did feel a little fatigued to the end. Probably down to lack of sleep and not much eaten.

            Will be back in the Gym in the Morning for my Back/Bicep workout and expecting some good pumps in the Biceps especiallt tomorrow.

                      Good Back/Bicep workout today with some great pumps yet again. Was full of energy when i popped 2 FUBAR (New Formula).
                      Having to do some extra stretching though in the afternoons and sometimes when i get up as i do tend to ache a little but the stretching alleviates this and gives me a bit more suppleness. Guess this is the GG working it's way....

                      Shoulders/Traps in the morning then the first of my three night shifts to do tomorrow night.

                        Nice little pump on the middle delts which stuck out like Coconuts....

                        The PW is definatley doing the job and stopping me from getting fatigued throughout the workouts. The GG is now giving me some awesome pumping and the GM well apart from tasting great it's helpingwith the strength.

                        Should be doing a Cardio session tomorrow once i wake from my night shift but won't be back in the gym until tuesday afternoon when i finish my last night shift......

                              Felt good today and tried something a little differrent with the supplements.
                              Took 1 scoop GM, 1/2 scoop PW and 2 scoops GG pre-workout. Took the other 1/2 PW during my workout and had the other scoop of GG post workout with my post-workout meal. Just trying this to see what timing is best for me....

                              Good pumps again today in the gym and with doing the triple drop sets on the Triceps last thing my arms felt as though they where going to explode....

                              Feeling good and the pumps are increasing in the gym too.

                                Great workout today. Took my Cl Products as per yesterday.
                                Strength is feeling good and the pumps are getting excellent throughout the workouts so far.
                                I measured my arms once i got home from the gym and found that they where over 1/2" bigger from the pumps in the gym.....

                                I will now be working 3 x 12 hour day shifts for the next 3 days so will be having some rest... ready to start again next week.
