    Overview :

    Took my GG scooped into the mouth and washed down with the GM.
    Mixed my PW ready for the Gym. Very good start on the chest for me with the BB presses. This continued throughout the workout. I felt very good and focused like yesterday. Strength is coming slowley but going upwards.

    Great pumps and felt 'SOLID'. Things seem to be getting better in the gym and can seem to push myself a lot easier without really thinking about it.
    'MIND over MATTER' looking good...

    Feeling good and looks like improving all the time.

    The next few days i am in work again so no gym.

      Update

      From tomorrow i am going to try 1 scoop of GG on my off days with my GM.

      So i will be taking 3 Scoops of GG on workout days and 1 Scoop on Non-workout days. I am hoping that this will give me better Creatine Uptake and so help in Volumising my muscles on days off too.

      If i dont see a difference then i will be just taking the 3 scoops on Workout days.

        Cardio - 15 mins Orbitrek, 30 mins Tao-Bo session

        Water Intake :

        Overview :

        Feeling good but getting a little bit of a tyre around my belly....
        I will have to adjust nutrition/training accordingly to reduce excess fat whilst bulking. A little bit cleaner and a little more cardio i think...

        Cardio session will be done once i finish work.

        Nothing much else to report on really, still taking 1 scoop of GG with my GM when not in the Gym but too early to say if it gonna make any difference yet.

        Tomorrow should be another cardio day with Gym again from Monday.

            Have you tried your cardio first thing in the AM on an empty stomach? Whenever I gain a pound or two in the waist I do this for a couple of weeks and get awesome results. I go upon rising with water, coffee, and my Green Mag./Purple Wraath cocktail only with no food. Good luck!

                  Woke up today and felt good so went on the Orbitrek runner for 30 mins then a stretching session after this to keep loose and to give good stretching to the muscles.
                  Couldn't get to the gym today as once i have been to follow my son at football the gym is closed. But will be back there tomorrow for my Shoulder workout.

                    Woke up feeling great and had no problem swamping down the 3 scoops of GG with the GM this morning.
                    Got to the Gym and felt really focused on what i was doing. Strength is definatley increasing throughout each workout (GM,GG,PW and the IGF-2 look like a good combination).

                    My numbers get better every workout so far.

                    My muscles are feeling more solid for longer throughout the day now too.

                    Back in tomorrow to work my Legs, Still light but not as light as before just to slowley bring my knee up to fitness again.

                      Woke up at the usual time and took my GG with my GM. Getting better all the time
                      Got to the gym and had quite a good leg day to say i was going light for my knee. Felt a little twinge but nothing too bad and it didn't stop me finishing my workout and doing a cardio session this afternoon.

                      I feel that the bulk is coming on quite well and i am aiming at 170-172lbs by the end of April at least.

                      Tomorrow is Back/Bicep day so should be a good one.

                        Didn't do regular sets today i did like a little circuit of exercises just to mix things up a bit.

                        Lat Pulldowns/Low Pulley Rows/DB rows/Close Grip Pulldowns

                        5 circuits of these with a 10 sec rest between exercise and then 3 mins between circuits

                        BB Preacher Curls/DB Hammer Curls/Rope Pulley Curls

                        4 Circuits with 10 sec rest between exercises and 3 mins between circuits

                        Overview :

                        Thought i'd change my training today to shake things up a bit.
                        It felt good and very intense producing a good resistance and cardio in one.
                        Tired me out a little anyway and went back to bed for an hour this afternoon before my night shift.

                        Great pump today too and really felt it in my Lats.

                        So far so good..........

                        Working night shift now for 3 nights but will slip a couple of cardio sessions in when i get up in the afternoons before work.

                          Mixed my PW with my GM when i woke today before i did my cardio.
                          Cardio session are getting easier to do. Having to turn resistance up a little on Orbitrek.

                          Everything else is going fine and feeling good too. Still putting a little fat around my waist but should be able to rid that easy enough.

                          Cardio session tomorrow when i wake from my last night shift..

                            Woke up ready for a good workout today. Got to the gym and did my warm-ups then started the session. Did a PB on my incline presses today with 2 sets at 198lbs in the middle of the 5 sets done.
                            Continued well throughout my workout with good focus and intensity.
                            Got a real good pump today and thought my chest was going to explode.....

                            My weight is up again to 167lbs so thats 3lbs on in 3 weeks. Wanting to get to 170-172lbs before starting to cut which i think is very achievable over the next 2 months.

                            My strength seems to be increasing steadily too.

                            Overall feeling great so far and looking foreward to the next coupe of months...
