      i'll try that, i watched rocky balboa with 2 caps last night, i was so zoned into that movie.....dude that guy needs to block the damn punches.....it was sweet. however i have noticed if im not doing anything active, i'll just fall asleep.

      i've done a bit more reading on powerfull, and a bit on symmetry....no ones seems to speak to highly of those 2, but cissus seems to be the Gem. i have 250 odd grams left and i'll definatly order somemore, i dont feel sore at all (unless i push it) and my stress levels have really gone down.

      anyways my body is starting to get back into the training mode, i have my ALRI stack on the way and i should be adding that within the next few weeks.

      im having some problems writing this in regards to metric and imperial weights....so you prolly think im a light weight lol.

        Intro BS:

        ordered my ALRI stack today so should recieve it withing a week or 2 barring any customs issues. i have 5 x 12 hour shifts in a row coming up so im not sure how i'll go about doing a descent workout, i may however get the old pedometer out and mark down how much walking i end up doing.

        Current Weight: 100.2kg
        Starting Weight: 100kg
        WOrkout Length: 34mins

        Todays Food/Supplement Intake:

        Meal 1:
        • 1 x gainer shake
        • 500ml skim milk
        • 1 cup of rolled oats
        • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
        • 1 Tablespoon of Lecithin
        • 2 scoops of Whey

        Meal 2:

        2 x scoops Whey
        2 x scoops Maltodextrin (approx 40grams)
        1 x 1000mg Vitamin C
        1 x Generic Anti-Oxident
        1 x Higher Power R-ala
        1 x 10grams Leucine

        Meal 3:

        1 x Serve of Roast Lamb
        1 x Serve of Yellow Potato
        1 x Serve Sweat Potato
        3 x fishoil caps
        1 x beyond basics multi
        1 x Digestive Enzyme Capsule

        Meal 4:

        2 x roast lamb and potato sandwiches on rye bread (leftovers again )
        1 x digestive enzyme
        1 x beyond basics MV

        Meal 5:

        2 x scoops of whey/casein blend
        1 x 20gm scoop Psyilliam Husk (sp?)
        1 x 300ml Skim Milk
        3 x fishoil caps

        Workout Supplements:

        1 x scoop of Green Magnitude pre weights
        1 x scoop Purple Wraath sipped pre/during (both cardio and weights)
        2 x red acid gen 2 pre cardio

        Supine Bench Press

        Hammer Grip Ezy bar curls
        2 sets of 8 @ 65

        Ezy bar curls standard
        2 sets of 8 @ 65

        Supine Close Grip Bench Press
        2 sets of 8 @ 155

        Overall Thoughts:

        feeling good, injuries arent causing too much problem, have 5 days off basically and am hoping the cissus really gets to work.

            yeah sleep is getting deeper, not any easier to actually fall asleep but it feels deep and only seems like a few seconds, then bam its 8 hours later.

            i feel slightly fuller on the green mag, plus it taste pretty good.

            the purple wraath is great, no doms so to speak....my strength is still flagging, gotta start eating better.

            i retain a tonne of water though i drink close to 2 gallons a day, but thats all before work, for the shift i only get a few scattered breaks, and being on a gaming floor i cant drink too much coz ya gotta "hold it" ya know lol

            th cissus/powerfull is gross to drink, but i feel calm a few minutes afterwards, and unless i do something it almost feels like the the end of a sugar rush feeling.....low blood sugar and lethargic...but that passes.

            the beta alanine is still at its beginning stages, but 2 grams gives me a nice pic-me-up, the bulk powder burns my mouth a little, kinda like a mild chili sauce this stuff should start to kick in soon i hope.

            i'll give these afew more weeks, then i'll start on th JW/Restore/BAM stack me reckons, but i'll hold off till i have my routine set and strength back and my hand and back hit at least 90%

                    Ok im changing my training, i feel awesome at the moment, my sleep has improved, i feel more upbeat and i feel i have hit my "confidence zone" at work which may not be a big deal but stress shreds me and feel like i have reached a good foot hold on this step learning curve im facing. from now on after work im gonna come home and do my ...and i say this loosly...."cardio" stuff. shadow boxing, stationary bike stepper etc max of 30 mins. i have no interest in cardio (cept boxing which in my mind is anarobic sp?) and my off days from work i can devote ALL my focus and energy on the weights.

                    immed. dropped to 65 till rep failure

                    Side latterals
                    8reps @ 25 dropped to 15reps @ 8 dropped to 10 till rep failure.
                    did this 3 times

                    Upright raises (close grip)
                    3 sets of 8 reps @ 90

                    Overall Thoughts:

                    i know its way too soon to have felt anything from the JW but the blue pills gave me that desire to push it hard....i fried my shoulders and i feel fkn fantastic. i didnt go too heavy on the weights (using drops sets to feeeeel the burn lol)

                    hand feels great, not going to risk it at this stage but i feel confident. back is still a bit iffy but not a real problem.

                    im damn hungry however, i wasnt till now (just had 5th meal and im fangin) need to hit the supermarket for some real food, getting sick of liquid calories all the time....need some texture.
