    Daily Review
    High volume back day, ok thank god I am on this stack because on these high volume days the energy and stamina really gets me through these workoits while maintain a high level of strength to the end. I am pushing some heavy weights from my first set to my last and really today I was feeling stronger the longer I was in the gym. Major plus when doing high volume training.

      Cardio


      Well got back from a 6 hour drive from Montgomery Alabama and just had to get out of the car a do something so I went for a 40 min walk with my girlfiend Oh how sweet . Nice and easy, just wanted to do something and get out plus my back was really stiff from last nights workout and driving. Tomorrow I will be bumping up my anagen and fenotest to 5 anagen a day and 6 fenotest. So we will see how this goes........

        Daily Review
        Shoulders I hate and love them all at the same time. Well today my left shoulder was killing me. After my first set of presses I felt my left shoulder kinda pop and during every set I had some nice sharp pain. After each set I would stretch out the shoulder and the pain goes away until I the next set. Sucks I hope its nothing to bad but I have had this in the past and have always worked through it. Today I bumped up my anagen to 5 caps and fenotest to 6

          I feel you on the shoulder pain man.. I tweaked my neck / shoulder when I flipped a 4 wheeler and I've never been the same since.

                Good arm day. I had a conference over the weekend in Hilton Head oh what a horrible life I live having to go to work in Hilton Head. I must say I stayed in the Westin and was very suprised at the gym that they had. I had no shoulder pain today which was a good sign.

                      Yesterday I did 25 min of cardio on the treadmill on an incline thanks Dawn and FnF for pushing me to do it on an incline ... Made a huge difference and really felt it in my legs.....

                        Chest day was great. Strength felt great and lifts were strong. I was scared about my shoulder but must say it felt good today, a little tender after the workout but not bad. Incline presses felt good and incline flyes were great 60 lbs flyes felt great got my chest crazy pumped up and really put the finishing touches to my workout. Really starting to see some nice growth in my chest and during dips noticed my chest really looking thicker.

                          Today was a great great back workout I broke two new PR's actually killed them and felt super strong today. The fenotest and anagen are really starting to kick in since bumping up the dosage. I was so pumped today with the weight and the reps really suprised..... I love great days like this in the gym, days when you can look at the weights and feel like you kicked thier a$$

                            Today had to move leg day to today due to travel, got to love the job..... Felt good wanted to go heavier on squats but did deadlifts yesterday so I was still recovering from that, didn't want to push it and hurt soemthing. Good leg workout..... Pumps were crazy today actually had a hard time walking after some of the sets.... I have had some headaches off and on the last two days and have been feeling a littl edehydrated so bumped up my water inatke so I hope it will helpout.....

                              Great day today for arms. Went heavier then I normally do and got some good numbers up. Really happy with the weight and the reps. I felt very strong and the pumps were great. Arms were rock hard and vascularity was great that lasted way after the workout. Today was my final day on this stack I will have a complete review of this stack later. Overall very happy with the results

                                FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE STACK
                                Purple Wraath / Anagen / Fenotest /Amped / GlyerGrow


                                Summary
                                This was a great stack. Lets start from the beginning. I went on vacation for a week, prior to starting this stack. During that week all I did was party and eat horrible. I stopped working out and taking any supplements for two weeks so getting back in the gym I was scared that I lost a ton of strength. Well this stack got me back to were I left of within about 3 days. Faster recovery and strength gains in about a week. I was disappointed in the anagen and fenotest at first. Always waiting for it to kick in. finally I bumped up the dosage and man withing 4 or 5 days of bumping it up I was tearing it up in the gym along with stamina. Its been about 4 weeks now and really I now just starting to see the full potential of this stack.

                                Intensity
                                Ok this was sick. The Amped and the purple wraath together make one hell of a pre workout drink. Intensity was unbelievable and energy way surpased anything that I have ever taken. It blows no xplode away and has so much more to offer.

                                Strength
                                Gains in strength starting to come at the end of this stack took some time for it to kick in a get the dosage right, but when I did man you feel it! I broke some PR's but mainly it got me past the point were I needed to be and helped me get over the partying and vacation

                                Taste
                                Amped tasted very tart kinda reminded me of the taste of swole and purple wraath the taste has grown on me since I have been taking it for lets see about 3 months now.Only problem I had on some days the tart taste mixed with PW kinda got to my stomach and felt a little sick at times during my workout

                                Great stack for any that want to give it a spin. Its is well worth it....
