      I think I felt a little more off of WB today maybe its started to kick in, anyways GB is the shiznit serioulsy after a full HST routine I wasnt even worn out even though I was sweating balls from the GG.

      Leg Press - 8platesx10
      SLDL - 275x10(PR) previous was suppose to be 255
      CSR-75x10
      Cable Row-100x10
      DB Bench - 50x9 about freaking time this starts to go up
      Shrugs-185x10 these were harder than before
      Pushdowns - 65x10
      Preacher Curls - 55x10
      Calve Raise-590x10
      Shoulder Press - 65x8

      I seem to be loving HST so far, as far as I understand it you do like 10reps for two weeks than go down to 8 than down 6 than down to 4 right?

        arms is a hard thing on bill starrs program
        but i would of given it more time

              Shrugs- Hurt didnt do them

              Preacher Curl-55x7
              Calve Raises-7plates a side

              AB Crunch -35x10 I need to figure out a way to add more weight

                  Here are my Reviews also:
                  Glycer Grow
                  If I had to pick one product to buy over anything I would buy this. This stuff is amazing, your completely wasted but some how keep on reping out reps. You try to get tired or worn out but you just CANT. This product is a must have.

                  I have taken Bulk CEE for the longest time, mix it up and kinda look it at it for a couple mins than down it like it was a shot of everclear. I must say this stuff gives me more energy than CEE and also there is no horrblie taste.

                  Didnt notice much off this product for the first week, but today I was feeling it. After my session of SLDL I thought my back was going to explode I literally had a hard time bending over from it being so pumped. And the vascularity had increased as well, you could see my veins popping out of my neck during my workout on SLDL and DL's now its kinda freaky but kinda at the same time. Would buy this again, espically since ive tried every other NO product and felt nothing but huge dumps!

                        In regards to GG, which btw I'm on day 135, increased endurance was something I really didn't expect, but nothing to complain about needless to say!

                        I added PW to my regimen 66 days ago, and aside from the diuretic effects I received from GG, pumps, consistant strength increases, fullness, and especially endurance, were all increased! No complaints here!

                        Later on this week, I'll be testing GMAG, and with the track record I've received from GG and PW, I can only imagine the effects I will get by adding this highly anticipated "Creatine Matrix". I've already got butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it, seriously!
