Breakfast:
Oatmeal + Whey
Thanksgiving Meal:
1+ Pound of Turkey
4 Cups of Sweet Potatoe + Carrot + Spinach (My dad made this for me - great guy!)
.5 Cup of Butternut Squash with Maple Syrup - What a treat!
3-4 Hours later:
3-4 MORE Cups of Sweet potatoe, carrots, and spinach.
TURKEY!
Pre-Bed:
Cottage CHeese
