I've taken a lot of NO2 supplements and must say that White Flood is up there with the best of them. I really like Altered State by MAP, but I'm sure after a couple more days on WF that it will be my favorite (started my first dose today).
Here is my current stack:
White Flood (Pre)
Size On by Gaspari (During)
Isopure Protien (Morning/Post/Evening)
Multi-vitamin
Probably switch to GM when I'm finished with the Size On, but really like the results I've seen with Size On. Also, might add PW to the mix in the next few days. I was just concerned if that was overload with PW, anybody have any thought/suggestions? I'm assuming I would take WF and GM pre and PW during? I'm not opposed to adding/trying other CL products as well, BG etc, so any suggestions on that would be appreciated.

I do cardio daily (20 min) following weight training.
So, started WF today and took 8 pills 30 minutes before working out. First thing I really noticed was an increase in energy and endurance (I could have worked out all night). Also, I was sweating profusely which I don't mind.
So here is Day 1 routine:
