took so long to get to the gym because they blocked off the intersection, had to find a diff route which took like 10 minutes. then when i got to the "gym" some ass **** was decline benching i just wanted to sock him in the face

Decline benching? I'm assuming that's a regular press done at decline? So what's wrong with that? Also, you got some real anger issues. You seriously should look into that. That, and the "tough guy" act is less than impressive. Seriously makes you sound your age or younger.

lol its a smith machine he was decline benching in. i had reason to be pissed. this same asshole was taking it up for like 10-15 minutes another time too. does like 8-10 sets and looks at me after every set.

Again, what's the problem with decline benching anywhere? As long as he's not doing bicep curls or pull ups in the power rack, I don't see that as a bad thing. Obviously, I'm sure you want to use it at the same time so just ask to work in. As far as frustration, Juvie John says to go ahead and take a few days to regroup and come back when your head is in it. Just going through the motions for the sake of it doesn't breed success. Remember, Muscle Mind Connection. Lacking one, you don't have the other.
