thanks, yea i only weigh 157 right now, current maxes are 260 on bench and 355 on deadlift, but im workin on it. im bulkin, but cant gain shit, i have a fast metabolism.
damn, that's pretty good regardless. 100lbs over weight on bench and 200 over on deads is pretty damn good.

cant believe it, i trained my back and hammies harder than ever, and my deadlift is getting WEAKER. Im going to switch to Sumo. I noticed that when im about to pull, my form is good. but when i pull, i lose form and pull it like a SLDL, and i focused on doing it with 295, and failed to use my legs much.
