Palatinose is out of stock at the website you mentioned... do you know where I can get it?
bb.com and dps don't have it.
It's weird because it keeps selling out and then going back in stock so I really can't explain it. It sold out within about 20 minutes the first day... and for good reason it's pretty innovative, cheap, and VERY VERY convenient.
Also, both Green MAG and Palatinose fully dissolve (without heat) if you add enough water... I tested numerous scoops... crazy I know... I had a similar problem with the Green MAG with only 12oz of water but when I added more water it's not a issue.

Well this time I took a regular clear plastic cup and put my 1/2 scoop green mag in... mixed it around with a chopstick and drank it. Saw some residue so I filled up the whole cup again... drank it. Still some residue so I filled it up again... drank... repeat..
And there is still residue at the bottom, not fully dissolved.
Yea it's not a issue (pretty sure it's the tyrosine) BUT it's interesting that it will dissolve after awhile. I'm trying to remember how long it took my maltodextrin to dissolve (compared to palatinose) too.

Took both rest days a little earlier in my split due to extreme soreness in my triceps & lats. I am fine now, so its back to Arms tomorrow!

Increased dosage of White Blood™ back to 3 caps. INTENSE pumps / endurance... but I had a pretty bad stomachache throughout (No headache this time though). Ditched EZ BB Curls because they hurt the shit out of my wrists. If you also notice, I have increased my reps to 8 (when I can.. I am not strong enough to do 8 reps for those bicep exercises just yet).
PS:
I have no idea how I calculated the 37.5g Xtend during my workouts... fixed it to 17g.
Sounds like an off day... you'll bounce back stronger than ever.
Fortunately nothing major at all. Looks like it was just an off day, but to be safe, i'm taking it easy the next few days, and going to "deload." It's been 14 straight weeks of hardcore training so it's about time.
