Week 9 - Day 1
Squat: 3x8x145
Barbell Row: 3x8x120
Dumbell Bench Press: 3x8x50
Skullcrushers: 3x8x60
Pullups: 1x8, 1x2x+25lbs, 1x5x+10lbs
Pretty good workout overall. My squats are feeling way better at 145lbs. I'm just refocusing on my form and then I'll start moving the weights back up. The Barbell Rows are good as always, not as much of a pump in my back this time though. Pullups felt great. I think I'm gonna start doing more weighted pullups. Not real heavy or anything, but like 10lbs or so. Start working my way up. Bench Press felt awesome. My form is really getting good with the dumbells now too.
The White Blood has been getting me real pumped during the workouts. It doesn't really last too much longer than while I'm in the gym though. I haven't seen anything significant from the Green Magnitude yet either....

I've taken my dosing of Green Magnitude in accordance with my protocol for offdays: 1/2 Scoop Green Magnitude and a few grams of monohydrate.
I also took my 3 Pre-Bedtime White Blood capsules soon.

4210. Real good intake again today!
-Overview-
Since starting Green Magnitude and White Blood I have felt pretty good. Pumps from the White Blood are awesome, although they don't last as long as I had hoped. My water intake is a half-gallon or more in my 2 hours prior to lifting and then about a gallon during my workout. I can't say I've seen any significant strength gains yet, but I'm kinda in a period of reseting my some of my weights due to form. I have however, noticed very good ENDURANCE during my workout sessions. Overall FOCUS and CLARITY when lifting have seemed improved as well.
I'm finally gaining weight again after stalling out for a few months. I contribute this not to the supplements but to a renewed diet plan, OATS and lots of em, and an opportunity to do some serious bulking over the next 4 months with Green Magnitude and White Blood. I can't wait to do my 4 week review.
