Start: 178.2 lbs.
Goal: Increase size, weight, strength.
Day 1: I took the GB about 45 min. pre-workout on an empty stomach. Followed by the WB about 30 min pre-workout. I worked out bi/tri/shoulders. Believe it or not I do not know if you can feel the affects the first day but through out my workout every single part of my body i remotely used seemed pumped. If this was the result on day 1 i cannot wait to see the remainder.
