WOOO! back/chest/legs day. I woke up feeling great once again and ready to go. At first I was a little lazy but i shaped up soon enough!
BB Bench Press: 2 sets of 12 at 165 1 set of 8 at 185
DB Chest Press: 2 sets of 12 70lb DB, 1 set of 6 at 75
Chest Flys: 3 sets of 10 at 150
Lat Pull downs: 3 sets of 10 at 140
DB Bent over rows: 2 sets of 10 at 75, 1 set of 8 at 75
Lat Rows: 3 sets of 10 at 110
Calf Raises: 3 sets of 10
Inclined leg press: 3 sets of 10 at 270
Abs
15 min eliptical cardio
overall a good workout, i feel great and i know these products are doing more than just barely working. woot. thanks CL
