the last weekis upon us
i have about a week left , maybe not even that much i am at work so i am not sure on the exact
as i posted ealier according to the bagget workout i am supposed to take two weeks off (with 2 light days each week)so i havent done any lifting in 4 days
today i did a fitness class and did some biking (anyone know a good site to buy a used bike ?)
and this weekend my eating was allover the place time wise , the food wasnt terrbbile but i was so busy it was hard to find the time to sit let alone eat

final week update
the timing on this worked out that i was on off weeks during my last two weeks of this 8 week log. yesterday i did lift but it wasnt anything special retivlely low effort , the only thing tough was i did tri sets with little rest so i was sucking wind
my diet was pretty ideal yesterday also
m1 2 scoops of whey with half a cup of oats in milk
m2. 2 chicken sausgaes/ almonds
m31/2 lbs of roast beef and almonds
m4. 1 scoop of wpi and 5 grams of luecine (green mag also)
5. round eye steak , cheese and black bean and corn salsa (so go0d)
m6 same as 5 , so good i needed to have it again
m7. 1 scoop of whey in milk
overall my body is looking leaner none flexed but i feel like i look flat which is the only side i have noticed with sesaglowOwner of Fitness Paramount Personal Training

sides - only that i thought i looked flat , didnt notice any bad effects to my skin , lilbido (accuatlly it has been insane as of late )

overall - this is the third sesamin product i have used , the results have been realativily the same , this time around there was less cardio and more cheating but my waist still is down an inch and my bf down 2%
sesamin/sesaglow isnt a product you can feel working its really somthing you have to measure to see . i am going to cycle off it but it will def be some sort of staple for me , with the current price of sesamin products you cant go wrong with it for lean bulk or cutting .. i think its a good option for those concerned with losing muscle while cutting , i gained a little muscle and strength (really happy with my atg squat)
