i was so sore for working out and loading for hatebreed on thrusday that i pushed my work out back till saturday

ran out of mutil today eeek

lateral raises 3x8-12 15/20/25
one arm db row 3x12 55/60/60
close grip bench 2x10 135/155
dips 3x8 @bw
preacher curls 2x10 @60/70
hammer curls 3x10 35- i was so beat by this time
skipped cardio
stretched
waist linedown .25 from last friday now 35.5
noteswent to woschester mass to see gorilla biscuits reunion show
so most of my eating was shakes and bars due to the 5.5 hours of time spent in the car and being in the venue for 4 hours with out being allowed to go outside, i have been waiting 8 years to see this reunion show so it was well worth it

meal 1 - shake
meal 2 2 eggs 4 whites ham and brocilli
meal 3 subway - (sidenote subway sent me coupons for free sandwichs for employees of fitness paramount , i am the only employee woo )
meal4 chicken sandwich
meal 5 protien bar
meal 6 tuna , spnich and light mayo
sesaglow on meals 2/3/6
had 3 fish oil and that was it for my bottle so today i have to get multi and fishoil
sorry for the lack of updates , the whole being out of state thing but i am back
