            Duration: ~100min .. another looong workout, a lot of stretching too

            PM: Combat (this was ~3hours after lifting today due to uni schedule (and a sleep in so I couldn't lift in the morning )

            A bit of a muck around upper body day. I am practicing my chin ups slowly and I stupidly asked some trainer how to get better at it. He told me to use the lat pulldown or the assisted machine. I'm like wth. Idiot.

            Nutrition was awesome. Super clean 2000 cals worth . I never get enough carbs even on high carb days, so today's is getting there

            • side note..

              There is something wrong with my skin.... so I was holding onto a dumbbell and it happened to just lightly touch my finger... and it started bleeding.......... why o why?

              It has happened before as well, a little while ago... once I dropped (GENTLY) down from a push up position to my knees (on carpet) and I got a HUGE carpet burn and started bleeding also...

                        Cardio:

                        PM: This makes me angry. So I was all set up to go to the gym for some cardio before heading out to the city for a friends 21st party. Ate my pre-cardio meal, got all ready for it. Arrived at the gym. It was as pitch black as the night sky. Power failure The whole gym was shut down

                        So, what to do... go to the local supermaket for a vigorous stroll and bought some oats. Haha..

                        But then the party lasted about 5 hours so got in some nice booty shaking cardio there. Great party!

                        Cals were a little high for a non-training due to being up from 6am til 3am I was so tired I (for the first time!!) dropped to the bed with smudgy makeup and all This morning my skin looked pretty clean... haha all nice and absorbed into my skin along with the sweetly putrid scent of alcohol and cigarettes

                        My footsies are a little sore from heels last night, I am still deciding whether to work out or not. Jeez gabeeze I am a complainer! ShheeessshhK. Ah k, at least it was fun though!

                                • Bench 66
                                • Shoulder Press 20*
                                • Leg press 176
                                • d/b Rows 33*
                                • Tricep dips
                                • B/b curls 39
                                • Janda sit ups
                                • Chins (got 3 out today...up from 1! with some strong spotting though!!)
                                  ...also did a few sets of these...


                                Duration: 2 hours. LONG WORKOUT. Too long perhaps? I am still doing a bit of mucking around/practice so its not actually that intense the whole time. Stretching for 15mins

                                Cardio: None

                                Good workout overall considering the previous bad night. Got some good Zzz from sleeping in this morning though. Increased reps for chest, squats, rows, chins are improving, may up bench and squat weight next time around if I can find someone nice to spot me.
