asianbabe's acquisition of assSSssets with Sesaglow !
So I have heard lots of good stuff about sesamin and positive effects on menstrual symptoms, so I thought it would be a good idea to address the issue whilst we're kinda on topic.
Well usually I'm pretty lucky - around the time of the month I don't really experience a lot of pain, but on sesa I haven't felt any - though my crankiness is still around, there hasn't been any pain or major discomfort.
Good cardio session,I think I will do 20mins cardio most mornings just because its fun - I can't believe the sun was already out and shining at 6.30am!! But the weather is getting warmer and its easier for me to wake up early!!
Workout was alright, I saw this guy next to me grab a bar and curled 15kg.. I'm like wtf, so I got the 20kg bar and did the same next to him. Serves him right for looking like such a tryhard. Needless to say, he was kinda spewing

Other than that, not much in Pb land unfortunately - My d/b inclines presses refuse to increase.... I can do 8-10, but can't even do 1 with the 15kg d/b. Dammit!!!
heh thanks for asking, not sure yet. We're both just starting out lives and the last thing we need to worry about right now is a wedding. So I'm guessing in less than 2 years I hope
Hey A.B., would u recommend sesaglow stacked w/ RA? I just started the
RA2 test, and I'd like to maximize what COULD BE with rest of my stack: WB/GB/GG/RA2/MYOZENE.

Good workout, good energy levels, didn't want to leave the gym!!! Not too many trolls there today which was pleasing. I actually look forward to my workouts! I have also increased my carbies a little bit so that is probably a factor as well.
I think I have the "if I don't have oats pre-workout I can't workout syndrome" its weird!!!
