  • Day 60... but my bottle isn't empty yet....

    • Military Press 50
    • Sumo deadlifts 77
    • BB curls 44
    • Chins
    • Incline bench 66
    • Tricep dips - can't do these yet...
    • Cable Flyes 77


    Duration: ~60min

    Cardio: None

    Notes:

    Pretty short workout, had to go to school, everything was ok, except I didn't have a spotter for inclines so decided not to get pinned again.... dips and chins..... these are so hard. I can do about 1 dip, and 2 chins right now. So nothing exciting, but it was still a hard workout.

    Nutrition

    1833 cals - lots of carbies

    SesaGLOW dosing: 1 cap - still a few more to go... Its a never-ending bottle!

      • i'm trying. on friday, i have a blood test and x-ray so.. it should be alright. i think they might make me sleep and put a camera on a stick down my throat to look at my stomach. eh... NITROUS!

            • d/b incline Press 27.5*
            • Low box squats 77
            • Machine shoulder press thing 88
            • D/b rows 33*
            • Fun ab work
            • Chins - did a few more today because someone was holding my legs
            • Flat bench 88
            • BB curls 44, 39.... then felt puke in my throat
            • Tricep dips - didn't get to these


            Duration: ~90min

            Cardio: None

            Smooth sailing all the way... until I got to biceps.. man each rep I did, I could just feel it in the back of my throat... MMmmmm vomit taste .. it was not cool. So I just stopped and went home. No stretching, so I'm gonna be hella sore again tomorrow. Yes I can predict the future

              dude good luck with that one..... at least under anaesthesia you won't be able to feel it happening.. check your zips and buttons when you wake up though... you never know what those old nurses may have done....
