  • My weekend was like that, did cardio last night, but havent touched a weight in 4+ days.

        • Military Press 50 (+11lbs)
        • Sumo deadlift 77 (+11lbs)
        • Incline bench 88 (+22lbs!!!!) - had a spotter, but still!!
        • B/b rows 66
        • Cable lat raises 22
        • B/b curls 44 (+5lbs) - I can curl the bar now
        • decline abs 22 (+11lbs)
        • Leg press 242 (+ 44lbs!!)


        Duration: 2 hours

        Cardio: n/a!

        Notes:

        Holy shizzzle I don't know what came over me today!!
        Got a nice comment from a random guy when I was doing deadlifts, so I was like what the heck, lets add some more weight. It was fine.
        Leg press.. easyyy peasy! I did more reps that I should have, but my hip felt a little sore after, so stayed at the same weight..

        Then I asked the cute cute cute trainer to spot me for inclines since I was upping the weight a bit. Did like a million sets then he was like, lets test your max, I'm like OK. Then he threw on another few kilos, and I got about 1 rep out at 88lbs.

        Managed to curl the bar today - it was EASYYYY! Chinups are improving, I can do about 3 consecutive ones now on my own!! Ok so yeah, pretty good workout overall - I don't think I need juice!!

            • amazing how you are getting such an accurate amount on supplementation every log, how do you do that?!?! oh yeah.. forgot.. asian's are good at calculus.. 8) the interval of e to the X is equal to the function of e to the X. trust me.. it's true.. Calculus 1.

                f'(x) = 6e^x .... right?

                what about
                f(x) = 6xe^x
                f'(x) = 6e^x + ???

                I haven't touched calculus for 3 years, I've forgotten the rules (guess I'm not that asian after all )

                      Lots of squat practice today, just with the bar... form is improving, they were pretty damn low. Spent about half an hour in the squat rack. Damn I love my gym, most of the guys are busy doing barbell curls, which means more rack time for me!!

                      Ps. I did an hours worth of cardio straight after legs. Prays that Emma does not see this...... I know - bad, but I didn't make it for this mornings workout.

                      That PW really helped though, I was sweating like crazy during the workout, and I found I could manage my way through most of the cardio hour without looking too spastic..

                      I have some questions for you training experts...

                      For unilateral exercises, say I'm doing shoulders right, and my right side is stronger, so I should be doing the same reps/weight as the left? At the moment I'm trying to do things on the left side first so I know how many reps to do...

                      Um, chucked a sickie today So got a few things that I needed to do done. Finally got my damn green Ps as well - waay overdue! Most of my friends are going to get their full licences soon, lol

                      Oh my what a wonderful day 24 degrees and sunshine all over. I can sense the smell of spring coming!!! Oh wait, its already here!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            A green P is a provisional driver's licence which..
                            we have learner's ==> red ==> green ==> then full licence.. basically it means a higher speed limit, and presumable more "elite" or "superior" on the road

                            Also means another 2 years before you can drink and drive since we have a zero alcohol limit for the first 3 years of getting a licence
