- D/b rows 3 x 8 (39*x4, 33*x4) - started to lose form, dropped set back to 33*

- Back extensions 22

Notes:
Good workout today, managed to get in a few more chins, they are looking cleaner and less "swingy" ; D/b rows also went up, but once again the 5lb fincrease was a bit too much, so drop-setted back down to complete the rest of the reps, next time I'll try to get the whole set in.
Been stuck at the same weight for biceps for-ever, finally managed to get in a few more reps today, but other than that, arms were pretty worked!
Deadlifts were hard!! I can't imagine how the rest of you can lift 100x more than that. *mortified look* Well, Emma will be helping me on this shortly so its all
Tried Purple Wraath today, and felt heaps of energy as well as a bit more sweating than usual .. even after the workout, which didn't take that long today, I felt like I could keep going, so went for a jog until the gym closed and I got kicked out

Well, I tried to recover from the previous night.. got home pretty late/early in the morning, and slept for most of the day, I'm feeling pretty tired, and those fun fun parties aren't cool the next day. But nope, no alcohol was drunk. That's one good thing!
