- bb incline bench 66 (haven't done these... but my dbs were 27.5* last time, so I'm guessing its a pb!!! )
- box squats 77 (11lb increase!!)

- assisted pullups (poor effort)

- dips... just a few practice ones. They are hard
- bb curl 39
- reverse db lunges 33*

Just a quick update, been feeling pretty shiiite the past few days, sleeping patterns are really messed up.. sleeping in the early evening and then waking up in the middle of the night, for 3 nights now
Got my workout in today, but haven't done cardio all week. Was meant to do some today as well, but I was soooo tired.
Had uni this morning, then went to the gym... session took ages again. I don't know whats wrong with me, time just ticks by and before I know it, its 2 hours!
