Of course, formulas give a target to shoot for, results will dictate how to tweak.
I'm pretty lucky...in the spring I got down to 151 lbs, and I never did more than 4 cardio sessions a week at ~2000cals/day. And although I may feel occasional hunger, 2000cals never leaves me starving. The body's always changing though, so we'll see what happens this time.
